the hotel is located next to the beach, so half of the rooms here are facing the ocean. the room is big. although the room seems old, the bed is comfortable. they don't have many options for breakfast but the food is tasty. the food from room service is also delicious, such as the grilled fish. the seasoning really seeps into the meat.

they only have one elevator, so be patient waiting for your turn. they have a swimming pool, also facing the ocean. the parking lot is spacious. there are some atm machines near the parking lot if you want to withdraw some cash.

The best hotel in Kupang, also awarded by government. Although celebrating their 11st anniversary on 12 Des 2023, but well maintain. And what I love kost is the beautiful scenery that uncomparable to other hotels in Kupang. Do not believe? Check my pictures below.....

Stayed here about six months ago. We loved it. The location, and service were great, and the room was with breathtaking view, especially at sunset. We love the breakfast overlooking the beach. Price is affordable too.

The view from the window was just amazing. There is a jogging track just right next to the sea. From the room, we could see both the sea and the pool. In the morning and evening, many fishing boats passed by and gave such a pittoresques scenery right from the room.

Beautiful view ! That is the first impression came in to mind when arriving at this hotel. This hotel has a swimming pool facing the blue ocean. If you are in Kupang, this hotel could be one of best options you could pick. Rooms are spacious and you'll get a decent breakfast, not so many vegetarian option though. There is a small fitness centre at the lower ground level. If you love photography, this place could offer so much and you could fly drone too ! Just google to pick the right date with good weather and you are set to visit the one of the beauty of east Indonesia.

This hotel is one of the 'to go to' hotels in Kupang. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were minimally designed and clean. We were also treated with the gorgeous view of the blue sea right outside of our hotel window. They also offer a beautiful backyard with a clean pool by the sea. A great place to enjoy peaceful holiday accompanied by sunset and sunrise.

Good room but too much bugs

This hotel has a great view toward the sea and Kera island. Sea is the first thing that will catch the eyes of people who enter the lobby. It is a lovely ambience as combination of chic interior and the sea. The hotel itself is located at a strategic area which is not too far from the airport and close to the mall. Great hotel to stay in.

I deeply in love with their beach view and that was my fav first sight!
When you arrive at their lobby, the security will help you carry your luggage to your room (after you check in).

they have beautiful mini garden beside their swimming pool.
The gate as the access to the beach will open at 6.30am.. And you can walking or jogging around outside because there's a long path jogging track also just sit and enjoy the view. ♥

There are stairs down to reach the beach and i think you're allowed to swim, unfortunately the beach is undergoing tide when i was there.

This hotel has definitely improved their quality of service and cleanliness since the last time I stayed here back in early 2017. Clean and spacious rooms, great view of the ocean (especially from the restaurant outdoor seating!), nice pool by the ocean, strategically located right on the main street, a few recommended restaurants right next door. There’s also an ATM center in the parking lot. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Kupang

Mantap. One of the best hotel in Kupang. I've got a friend who left his suitcase there while he's already in Jakarta (Idk why, he forget his suitcase in the hotel). Guess what happen when we call the hotel. They're ready to ship the case back to his house.

Great place to stay when you are visiting Kupang. The beach view is epic. Wait for the sunset. It is just good one. The food is good. The staffs are mostly friendly. The location also good and easy to access.

A suitable place to spend leisure time. A comfortable, clean and tidy hotel. The air is good and the direct view to the sea makes visitors feel addicted to this place. Sunset here is amazing!

Our room faced the ocean. We let the window open to feel the air breeze. We took so many ocean view backgrounds wefie or selfie. Nice solid bed to hold our back when tired after the day trip.

Very nice, especially if you can get the sea-view room. Hanya saja sarapan cepat habis dan tdk direfill. If you're late, you can't get breakfast. The food is finished.

Nice view and I really like the breakfast here. However, the TV cable is not interesting. But most of all this is an under-rated 4 star hotel!

If you want to stay in kupang and enjoy the sunset. On the rock have the best view for it. Good reception, clean and decent hotel room. Have swimming pool for children too
