It is starting point to Ijen crater. Here you can park a car or have some meal after the climbing.
The Ijen is incredible place, need one time to see than to talk about. Be sure to take respiratory mask , because it is impossible to breath without it.

Very cold, jacket, syall scarf, bonet, glove, blanked, sliper available for rent or sell if you forgot. 12am is the best time to start journey for seeing the blue fire

Paltuding rest point is located parking and start point to climb ijen volnaco/ blue fire this place is verry nice and good for relax or just drink coffee, tea, and beer.

Has two access : from bondowoso or from banyuwangi, both have beautiful view. Clean toilet, many traditional warong if u look some food.

Traveler from Banyuwangi or Bondowoso will transit here before they start hiking to the Crater

Not for elder people or older, & also not for people with certian comorbid diseases. Be well equiped for a mountanary trip, stay, explore, or adventure.

many food stalls to tend your needs, sells accessories such as gloves, beanie, sweater, flashlight for hiking purposes
water is very cold
bathrooms are charged with Rp 3000 fee, but are not very well maintained
overall a decent place to rest as starting checkpoint before hiking

This place is comfortable to taka rest for a while, we spend time at dust until midnight and hiking at 01.30 AM. All shopkeeper or restaurant is very nice, they are lokal people.

super nice place to get camp or rest to prepared to hike ijen crater on 2/3 am, good toilets but only 3 stil function, super huge camp area, many canteen around it, wifi, very crowded if you visit it during high season

Camp place or rest place for people who want to go to hike to Ijen Mountain. Everytime I go there, its always rainy. I bet it's good when it's not raining
