Also during the winter time this is definitely one of the nicest places to relax and enjoy some outstanding color of sunset . You can leave the car next to the beach ( during the winter it’s always very peaceful) have a little walk and enjoying meanwhile some amazing color of the sea. It would be recommended reach this place by car , otherwise 2 minutes by walk from the beach there is the opportunity to rent a bike . Overall a very worth experience to try , especially to see the sunset

In April, empty but can swim not too cold when sunny, beautiful water with white pebbles no sand.

Beautiful beach near Split about 5-7 min by car from the city center. You can find there 2 bars with coffee, soft and hard drinks and food. If you come till 9 a.m. there is no problem with car park and congestion. A lot of trees which protect from the sun is also much appreciate. I really recommend to have special shoes due to stones and hedgehogs.

Beautiful beach, clean, soft rocks, amazing sunset… there is a nice shortcut to access to the main road an another shortcut to go back up to the forest…

Very calm and relaxing, there are 2 beach bars with long chairs, but you could also find free space to day camp. The places for parking gets filled up in the morning, so you better come early.
FREE showers and where you can change are also available.
It turns into a Mowgli beach at night, don't ask me why!

Beautiful beach surrounded by a lot of trees. We went walking from the Split town, it's quite a walk of around 30-40 mins but worth it. The walk is very beautiful, you'll see other beaches as well. We visited in May mid so the beach seemed only slightly crowded but big coastline so wasn't difficult to find a spot. It must be packed in June-July season.

Loved it. Not so much the busy part near Joe's but the public doggo beach on the southern most tip. There is some fairly secure diving off the rocks. And of course plenty of doggos enjoying their beach day. There's no shop and Joe's is very expensive so be prepared to bring snacks and drinks.

We haven't been to other Split beaches but this one is incredible. A long strip along the sea, a beautiful view of the mountains and a famous Marjan park. There is all the necessary infrastructure and a good entrance to the sea for families with kids

Perfect place for families to swim. There is a lovely cafe bar too and you can rent a lounger for 35 euro for a full day for extra luxury.

Stunning beach located 10 min drive from the centre of Split. Beware: Around 15% of the final trench is a COMPLETE NUDE beach starting from the large rocks in the shoreline. There is plenty of FREE parking space available, some showers & beach changing stalls around and bars (expensive) with enjoyable music. As any other popular beach, I recommend getting here early to get the best spots. In addition, bring sandals because you’ll definitely need them as the beach is made out of pebbles instead of sand. Highly recommend this beach to anyone visiting Split. 🇭🇷

Beautiful and calm beach where you can relax, some of it seems to be owned by a bar or something, however, if you walk further there will be some space for you to sit on your towel and chill

A beautiful beach and amazing stone shores with little to no crowd on a April Thursday evening. Perfect to go there with an Uber which costed 6€ one way. Go there and swim or fish or even sit by the shores

Very nice beach, wonderful sea and great view of Marjan park's hills. Free rocky beach with public showers. Possibility to rent a sunny bed (don't know the cost cause I'm poor).
Perfect beach to lean on and enjoy the Mlinas bakery products after a good walk in Marjan park :) 🥐🍕

10/10 recommend. They have chairs/umbrellas to rent for 35€. They also have cabanas if you have a bigger party. Bar with strong drinks and good food. Make sure you bring swim shoes, the beach is mainly rocks.

The place is nice but very crowded during the summer season, and especially during the weekends. Is really a challenge to find a parking place near the beach, and also I do not recommend to go by car if you are not an excellent/ experienced driver.

I fall in love to Kašjuni plaža start of June 2021 .... that time I was first time in Split. Alone. One young Croatian man takes me there by his car .... and show me the normal beach and even the nudist beach (which I prefere to goes in Czech Republic -- has so many near lakes).
That time I stay in wonderful Hostel Dvor. I highly recommend that hostel, even is cost.
I back to Split in June 2023 alone again (alone I can enjoy it better). Stay in Hostel Oasis and fall in love to Tri Gracie Café Bar and Bobis on bus stop Bolnica Firule 2.
And also good woman in Tisak on this bus stop. And in June I buy cigarillos Hangelsgold just for 2,26€ there! Pocket of 5 cigarillos. And Davidoff Gold just 4,65€. So good price for me! In Prague was cigarillos or cigarette much more costs.
In August it's more. Hangelsgold almost 2,4€. But still cheap for me! Only cheaper things in Split, Croatia was espresso, kava s mliekom velika and cigarillos. They are so cheaper than in Prague.

I was on Kašjuni plaža 7.,8.,11. June 2023 (because of bad weather 5,6, 9, 10.June) and 6.,7.,8., 9. August.
10.and 11.8.I stay in Stobreč-Split.
And I love it that place.
Stobreč was so beautiful small city or village (maybe suburb of Split).
And also all Split!
And I'm not topically Czech which every year since childhood come to the Croatian country and I even hate it before (before June 2021, when I saw Split first time).
But Split in June 2021 helped me to cry out for my dad (he died 11. March 2021 for covid) and gives me reason to start breathing again, means freedom breathing.
I love that so amazing beautiful City and ppl inside.
And since first moment in June 2021 I feel like I comeback home, like an dejavu....you knows you feeling somewhere so home and you never be there before.
Dioklecian Palace and all around gives me that feelings....

Photos are from June 2023.

Beautiful beach in amazing Split. Parking is a bit difficult there since there are so many people but at least it is free if you park on top of the hill and not right next to the beach. The beach is a pebble one but it is lovely since the water is clean. There is a forest near by and it provides shadow. That is a plus.
I would recommend visiting this beach if you are visiting Split.
There is a restaurant too on the beach if you fancy eating out.
There are boats from city centre visiting this beach too.
