Pretty busy bus station, specially during peak season. From september movement decresases, but still local people and tourist travelling. Info and selling stuff are very kind and helpful, aswell as the bus drivers.

The Autobusni Kolodvor is a much better way to get to the airport from Split. It cost 8.50 Euro per-person and is only a 35 minute journey from Split. The bust station is located opposite the ferry terminals/docks.
The Autobusni are much better than getting a taxi which is triple the price.

It’s very convenient place of drop off especially when the place you’re staying at is inside Split Old Town. It’s maximum 10 minute- walk and you’ll be there. Easy to locate station and highly recommended. We used this station from Zagreb to Split & Split to Trogir.

The airport shuttle takes you to this station where you can continue your journey with other buses.

I like this bus station because it is small and less chaotic than Zagreb. And the Flixbus knew where my bus was...even the number of the gate.
In true Croatian fashion though, all cafes do not accept cards.

Quite well-arranged bus station just a few meters from the train station and the ferry to the islands.

It’s a nice place to get your ticket. It’s really the only place in Dubrovnik to get a ticket if you want to go to other cities in Croatia. The buses are quite prompt and strict, and the busses are clean and comfortable for long rides

The airport shuttle was great value and stops near the port of split close to the Diocletian Palace. You can get a taxi from there to your location which can be quite expensive as there is no access straight through the Riva. The taxi's have to go around the old town. But if you have euros they do sometimes accept but won't have change.

The AKS (Autobusni kolodvor split) is conveniently located at the train station and the ferry port. The place is clean and you can pick a taxi when you get off the bus. The office where tickets are sold is also easy to find and there is a functioning toilet. The waterfront with its many shops and bars is in walking distance and not more than 10 minutes away. (in the picture you see the old town as seen from the AKS)

Little chaotic..so sit down at one of the many coffee shops, have a machiato or cappuccino, collect your bearings. Cabs and uber are plentiful and if your energetic, it's like a 20-30 min walk to the palace and the center of action. Split is great! Friendly boisterous locals, good food, reasonably priced and a nice spot to stop for a few days .
