Bokeria Kitchen & Wine

We had such a great experience this evening! Service was very courteous! The lamb for main dish totally Tender & the tacos as starter delicious.
We had some cocktails, can also be recommended. As desert we got a plate of the different delicious sweets where we could take our choice.
All in all one of our best Restaurants which we visited.

Surprises of the evening were the black risotto and the burrata which were both amazingly stellar dishes. The burrata was quite an amazing take on a traditional dish.

Overall we really enjoy this restaurant whenever we’re in split, and it’s certainly a lovely space for some good food, whine and lovely ambiance.

We made a reservation the day before for a Saturday night and had then chance to have an availability.
It was for a birthday diner.
The restaurant is very well decorated, the design is well thought, and the food is exceptional.

We ordered:
- Gnocchi
- Sea bass
- Black risotto

Best risotto I have ever eaten, it was simply delicious. The texture of the rice was perfect, a good quantity, I really really recommend it. My two friends tasted it and said it was the best dish out of the three
The gnocchi are excellent, airy and with great amount of pistachio sauce.
The sea bass was very delicious, fresh fish.
The waiter surprised my friend with a birthday gesture, it was very cute.

In all, a very good experience, I recommend.

The best meal we have had in Europe. The service was phenomenal, the waiter was so attentive to us. The food was amazing, a little bit more pricey but worth it.

Codfish spring roll & the Bombolini’s
Then for mains we had
Black Risotto - the flavours and textures were fantastic! The best risotto we have had.
& the Rib Eye steak - we have never had better steak, the truffle mash deserves an honourable mention, I could have eaten a plate of just the mash and been happy.

If I could give more stars I would!they deserve 11!!

Restaurant looks high-class. Comfortable dining area. Food is good, staff is friendly and professional. Reasonably fast service. Price is matching the high-classy place

The best food we had in Split by far! I wish I could bring this place home with me. The staff was also very nice and accommodating for our toddler. We only had a chance to eat breakfast here and it was amazing; I wish we had a chance to try lunch.

The fluffy eggs were our favorite item - perfection might not describe them well enough. The sunny side up eggs were very good, cooked and seasoned perfectly. And the banana bread was fantastic.

We were actually on our way to a different restaurant, found in our Croatia guide book. We’ll never know how good/bad that restaurant was, but we do know that we had a lunch experience at Bokeria we won’t soon forget.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and really cared (and were knowledgeable) about the wine and food they were serving. He recommended a white wine with our pulpo and sea bass and it was spot on. They serve mostly Croatian wines, and delicious ones at that. Not cheap, but worth every penny. This is NOT a tourist trap! The waiter also gave us some tips on where in Split to buy some decent Croatian wines.

We were only in town for a day, but otherwise I would certainly have visited again. Loved the food, loved the wine, and the server brought it all together into a wonderful lunch experience.

Looking back at the pictures of our time at Bokeria makes my mouth water. Funny and oddly enough, AI suggested me this place. I asked AI as a joke, never though we would go through with it, but after seeing the menu, we were so delighted we decided to go back, line up and give it a try. Definitely cannot be mad at AI since we had such a splendid evening. Service was spectacular, our waiter was super professional and provided excellent recommendations. Everything we had, from wine, appetizers, entrees to desserts was immaculate. Oxtail risotto is one of my highlight from my trip in Croatia (even though we had a bunch of seafood risotto, it was nice having a delicious meat risotto).

Basically, I don't trust AI much, but for this one, I must give it an A+ on it's recommendation!

They accommodated our group of 10 easily. No long wait for food or drink. Wonderful weather so the doors were all open and we could see the plaza from inside. Delicious food. Our first night in Croatia was a success.

The restaurant is very nice, located in the center, very close to the main attractions of Split.
To start we had the Bombolini to start and then the Pistachio Gnocchi. Both were really, the Gnocchi are amazing.
Every though the atmosphere was really good, the music was a bit loud.

Delicious food, really enjoyed the burrata and oxtail risotto in particular! Also very good wines and great service. Portions are generous!

Exquisite! It’s very hard to tick all the boxes - food, service and ambiance but these guys know what they are doing. The service was professional, fast and personable. All dishes including dessert were exquisite and the vibe was just perfect. Thank you Bokeria for such a lovely experience.

We love this place! It’s really vibrant, the food was really nice and the staff super friendly. They helped us pick the wine, and it was really good! Although we only had starters to share, we believe the full menu is to the same standard… you just know it when a place keeps their high quality throughout!

Memorable place, memorable dinner. The vibe of the restaurant is really good, the waiter was very kind and helpful. The food is special, tasty, it gives you the feeling of eating in a fine dining restaurant. I also really liked the Latin music in the background!

Big place with very nice vibe in the middle of old town. The starter I took with smoked swordfish was incredibly good! The seabass as main course was also good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices are quite high but for the quality it's worth. Recommended!

My friend kept coming back for gaspacho to this restaurant every single day of the week, having a double portion each time! Prosciutto is of great quality, and dishes are well presented. We loved buratta salad a lot too!

This was probably one of the best meals we had in Split. We made a reservation the day before by passing by the restaurant and just asking for one.

Amazing restaurant with great food. We took the Oxtail risotto and octopus and they were both out of this world. One of the best octopus I ever had. Very kind staff and nice wines from the region. Would highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant. Atmosphere is really nice, staff is super friendly and great service. Everyone at the table enjoyed the food they ordered. Location is ideal and their wine selection was great. Our waiter recommended really good local wine.

What a beautiful experience. Culinary speaking AND the absolute best service form Martin. Our glasses were never empty, and the food he recommended was perfect. We had the best evening, thanks to him.
