Staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't speak much English so I just used Google translate and they were happy to help 😁

Go to Erste Bank!!! Avoid PBZ! If you are an expat living in Croatia avoid PBZ at all cost. PBZ Bank will treat you like a stupid foreigner and won’t know what to do with you. Worst bank service ever. The staff here are rude and uncaring. Go to ERSTE Bank where they treat their customers like people and value you.

Slow slow only one works

I tried to use the ATM to withdraw some cash. My request to withdraw money was declined, and I didn't receive any cash from the ATM. So, i tried again, and i got the cash. Later I checked my balance and saw that the bank charged me for the declined cash-withdrawal. So I was charged twice even though I only got cash once. I tried to call the bank but it went straight to voicemail. This ATM seems like a scam. Still haven't heard anything from the bank, after calling their number several times.

Najsramotnija banka u Hrvatskoj. Centar grada Splita, petak 14:00, jedan šalter, 30 ljudi čeka. Na "brzom" šalteru za transakcije sat vremena i 15 minuta jedna osoba obavlja nikome nije jasno šta....

EDIT: Bankarica Ana Grubišić je jedina svijetla točka ove banke. Koncizna, precizna, brza, inteligentna i spremna pomoći "nespretnim" kolegicama. Svaka čast ! 10/10

I zaštitar simpatični, gospodin, uvijek spreman pomoći.

Sat vremena čekanja minimalno, jedna djelatnica radi, osobnog bankara nema popodne...što još dodati osim najgora poslovnica

Divna poslovnica za nekoga tko je na godišnjem odmoru i ima vremena čekati po pola dana na red,naravno ako budete imali sreće,inače zatvara u 7 pa ako imate slobodan dan mozete pokušati sutra opet.Čeka se satima.Djelatnici spori i nezainteresirani.Primaju klijente da cekaju satima pa kazu da zatvaraju.Samo jedan salter radi..Dva bankomata koja sluze za ukras jer ne rade..
Klijentima sa obicnim transakcijama vrse uslugu od 6 zvjezdica jer im se posvete po sat vremena..
Ma jedno divno iskustvo.
