Legendary place where you can find amazing doughnuts and I would recommend to try vanilla ones. You can find also excellent strudels from cheese, apple and cherry. As it is working around the clock there are always people in the line waiting and you have to try this place ... especially after some night out after concert for example. Along with sweets you will find here pizzas and drinks.

I think this is the one of the most iconic places in Split. The donuts are absolutely amazing. Pizza and burek as well but donuts are special. There's no better feeling then grabbing a bite to eat at Mate after a drinking night. In addition, prices are very low comparing to quality and tadte. Can't wait to come to Split again!!!!

The best donuts in Croatia! You can choose what kind of stuffing you want, chocolate, vanilla, jam... And also that place is not about donouts, you can order pizza cut (piceta), burek...

I like donuts from there. That donuts are something else. They are the best donuts in Split. I'd recommend it very much. I like the burek too

The best freshly cooked filled donuts. Jam was my fave the chocolate and vanilla creme filled are also yum.

THE go to place for your '' late night snack''. Donuts are the bomb here, other items on the menu are meh.. No night out in Split is complete without a visit to Mate' s before going home!
