D16 Coffee

This is a lovely place to have coffee while discovering the charming streets of the old town. The coffee is artisanal and we loved this place so much that we kept coming here for an afternoon one. Totally recommend it! They have space to sit not only at the coffee shop but across the little street where the entrance is.

I have been trying coffe in many places around Split , but the quality of coffe they have in D16 is really unique !! First of all if you are vegan , they make a very delicious cappuccino with oat milk. Price could be a bit high , according to some people , but in my opinion is DEFINITELY Worth it!!! In addition , if you need to find a place for study and for being concentrated, they have a very cozy room where you can find a lot of peace to work . The best place in Split EVER !!

Pretty cool secret coffee house in old town. You enjoy delicious coffee while also enjoying a historical place with some cool view. Baristas were friendly in general. I have been here several times and had nice experience every time.

Exceptionally good quality coffee in the middle of old town Split. They even have vegan options.

The coffee is truly unique. If I could suggest something to the staff, it would be to clean up the dishes after previous guests. It's probably not difficult because there are 3 tables in the place.

Being the coffee lovers we are, we had to revisit this place on our 2nd visit to Split. The only difference this time is that it's not pouring down with rain!

D16 has some of the best coffee in Croatia and all of their branches are really good but this one is probably my favourite. The barista who served me was easily the best in Croatia. He had a passion for coffee and he really did know his stuff. His milk work was magical and his attention to detail was exceptional. An unexpected gem!

Fantastic place with very good coffee. They really know what they do so you can choose any coffee and it would be great. They also have splendid nutella cakes and cocktails based on cold brew. Very good atmosphere and raw design in super historic area. Nice place to chill out.

So. The oddest thing happened here. I’ve been a customer for over a year, I’m an expat from the US. The staff is tremendous. They deal with cranky travelers all summer and do it with Grace.

The other day, there was another American here. He was cussing at the baristas and being seriously unhinged. When asked to leave he refused and I approached to try to defuse the situation (hoping that he would respond well to another American).

Since then he has been leaving reviews on multiple google accounts to try to harm this great establishment.

Stop by for great company, great coffee, just know that at times it gets extremely busy and the professionals may be busy making coffee. Baristas remain my favorite brand of people. The guy who threatened them and myself, I hope he keeps traveling and doesn’t return to Croatia or my country.

Nice coffee spot in the middle of old town. A little bit pricy, but again on the street crowded with tourists. Was in mood for ice coffee, and it was quite good. And I was 5 minutes before closings time - they were still friendly and did not refuse me a coffee, as some their competitors do)

A fantastic little spot with tonnes of character and a cool set of owners/managers.

If you need a spot to work with great free wifi and no pressure to leave, D16 is for you.

Great coffee and croissants (plain and almond only) for pretty cheap.

Lovely coffee in a typically cute side street in Split. Try the ‘Magic’ coffee, the only other place we’ve had this is Vietnam so we were so happy to see it on the menu!

Probably one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. We visited here 2 times a day whilst being in split. They also do oat milk :)
