Adriatic Sushi & Oyster bar Split

WOW! This was hands down the best food I have ever had. The service was incredible. The drinks also were life changing. Our server, Jonny took us on a journey that we enjoyed so much. Can’t recommend this enough.

This place is absolutely amazing! Such a fresh taste. We were served by the lovely John who recommended incredible dishes whilst giving us some background on the food. Honestly can not recommend this enough, a MUST visit restaurant when you come to split. Great service, lovely atmosphere but best of all, unique delicious food!

Very good sushi in very nice location. The restaurant was very fancy with high-quality table sets. Fish was extremely good and the rolls were creative. We only have one complaint: We were served a roll that did not have everything in it that was described on the menu. Unfortunately we only noticed afterwards when we had the menu again but when we asked about it the waitress didn’t have an explanation and didn’t try to make up for it.

Johnny was our server and he was incredible, very attentive and took the time to explain the menu. We had the premium combo sushi platter for two and it was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!!

Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, the best service, my love and delicious dishes is risotto with shrimp and mussels. Thank you that you allow me to come with dogs and give them water.

Honest Food is hard to come by and a waiting staff that knows his roots is even harder to find. For me the missing star is not because the food is not nice but rather I don’t prefer the taste (like the extra dry tannins of sauces) which is liked by most I guess. Everything simply marvelous. Food, drinks, service top. For the service we would give 10 stars not just 5. Every dish and drink came with an explanation and tasted just as good as it was described. A must when you visit Split.

We waited a bit long for our food but the quality of the seafood and tasting of the risotto made up for it. They gave us drinks of our choice on the house to make up for the extended wait and Mladin, our waiter was just terrific. He made up for it all!

Very cozy atmosphere, tasteful food and we had an amazing waiter. Our waiter Johny was truly amazing from the beginning to the end.

We came to this restaurant because we wanted to try oysters in Croatia. These were the best Oysters we have ever eaten. They were extremely fresh and the sushi we had afterwards was delicious. The service was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The only downfall is that the portion sizes are small for the price.

What a wonderful restaurant. We had the oysters and some sushi to start and the fettuccini and the tuna as a main. Filling and every bite delicious. The service from our waiter Nemanja was 10/10. They made us feel so welcome and so friendly. Our experience was one we will never forget.
