Adrenalina Tours Panajachel

We recently traveled to Guatemala and Honduras in mid-March 2024. We needed six different transports to various places in those countries. I came into communication with Patrick at Adrenalina for this transportation. We were pleased with the service they provided. A driver always showed up and always timely got us to our desired destination. The vehicles that transported us each time were clean and reliable. Throughout our trip Patrick was very kind, patient, and was readily available to communicate with us about the times and places of pickup/drop off, etc. There are other transport companies but this one appears rock solid and we would definitely use them again in the future.

We got this service from Antigua to Guatemala city. We booked through messages and it was very easy, they answered all my questions, good communication. When we got picked up, we drove 20 mins to pick someone else up and they were a no show, so we had a private car the whole way for the cost of a shared shuttle!

I wasn't able to use Adrenalina Tours because they were fully booked (our fault - our prevoius arrangement with another company fell through last minute and we inquired with Adrenalina very last minute). However the owner (I believe it was the owner) stayed chatting with me on WhatsApp until we found a solution. He sent out messages to his network to try and find us a solution. He generously spent time and effort to help us regardless of whether he was getting the business or somebody else. Somebody in his network ended up driving us and they were great. The owner of Adrenalina even messaged me again the next morning to ensure everything worked out OK. Good people.

Next time I'm in Guatemala I will definitely give them my business.

Our Guatemala trip experience with Adrenalina tours was truly amazing !

Over a period of a few days we visited
- Pacaya Volcano - an unforgettable experience
- Thermal Hot Springs
- Villages around Antigua
- Antigua city tour
and Finally the Tikal Ruins near Flores where we were guided by Louis an incredibly knowledgable and humorous guide. Tikal just cannot be missed and is a lifetime experience.
The transfers were on time right thorugh and we did not experience any delays or misses with Adrenalina. All our drivers and guides were well informed and prompt in their service. Patrick with whom we made our booking was very knowledgable to set it all up.

We surely look forward to visiting Guatemala again !

We booked all accomodation during our 20 day trip through Guatemala and Belize with Adrenalina Tours. We contacted Patrick, the owner, and told him about our travel plans and where we would need a shuttle. He immediately arranged all seats in the shuttles and told us at which hour we had to be at which place. All shuttles drove exactly as mentioned and there were no unpleasant events or no show whatsoever. On top of that, Adrenalina Tours arranged our 5 day hike to El Mirador which was a unique and unforgettable experience. We cannot recommend Adrenalina Tours enough for making your vacation as easy going as possible :)

Patrick arranged private transport for us (all done over WhatsApp in a jiffy 👍🏼). Cars were clean, drivers were courteous and safe. Last but not least, I found Adrenaline most economical amongst tour operators.

After being let down by a third party booking company for my bus San Pedro, Patrick helped me out no end and managed to get me a bud first thing the next morning. He also helped me sort out even more for moving forward into other country’s. His customer service is second to none. Tom - Uk

We used their services to book private transport from Guatemala airport to Panajachel and also shared shuttle from Antigua to El Salvador.
Both had prompt responses when we needed help, drivers drove safely and were friendly.
The lady at the airport was waiting for us when we arrived with a sign. The shared shuttle was a bit late but we contacted the sales representative on what’s app and he was quick to let us know not to worry and it would be here soon. The shared shuttle was a bit more expensive than competitors but you got your own seat, in good condition and it was not cramped like other vans we have taken across Central America.
Crossing the border was also very quick. The driver took our passports to hand to the immigration officer and gave us entry forms to complete. There was also a money exchanger guy who offered decent rates. Toilets at border crossing was clean.

Wonderful travel company that helped us with the logistics of our trip through Guatemala. All was well arranged. Our holiday was great! 👌🏻

we were looking for a shuttle from belize to el salvador and unfortunately we didn't find one. so i wrote to adrenalina tour in whatsapp and asked what options we had. within a few minutes we received a reply which consisted of a complete plan and a total of 4 shuttles. we were able to book and pay online very easily. all the buses were clean and the night bus was very comfortable! everything went smoothly and we arrived at our destination on time after 26 h!
the communication in case of questions was excellent in the morning and in the evening and we received answers very quickly. we can really more than recommend the shuttle service of the company!!! big praise and thanks for organizing!

We took a transfer from Palenque to Flores. They were really helpful and quick to respond over WhatsApp beforehand, and when we had an issue they were very quick to resolve it. Great communication and kind and honest staff. We were really happy with our experience overall!

I used their shuttle service from Antigua to Panajachel as well as on the way back. They are reliable and the driver was friendly and helpful. I liked that I was able to talk to them online and Whatsapp instantly. I highly recommend!

Quick response on urgent matters and very social cancellation terms. I hope I will get on a tour with them soon, after my booked one unfortunately didn't happen. Thanks once again!

Shuttle from El Salvador to Guatemala was punctual and efficient

Very responsive when you have questions. More expensive than booking directly with companies however youre paying for the service and to have someone on hand answer your questions.
