Had a nice one night stay here. Property is very pretty and the manager was very helpful. No air conditioning (fine generally here with windows) and bed wasn’t the most comfortable. For the price with a private room/bathroom I would definitely recommend.

Francisco is an amazing host. He is so kind and even walked us down the street to show us where something we were looking for was. The location is the best and the rooms are very clean. We are so happy to stayed here when visiting the lake

Service here was impeccable. Francisco was kind and made our check in experience the smoothest I've ever had in my life. We were brought to our room to get comfortable right away, offered us water and time to get settled.
Location is perfect, walking distance to main areas in Pana. They help with shuttle and tour services, or simply honest tips. Breakfast was included, and there were different options for us to choose, which was a plus to get our mornings even better.

What a fabulous experience! The location is perfect, in the heart of Panajachel. We were on the 4th floor and loved the privacy as well as the terrace. The rooms were spotlessly clean -and we are really picky about that. Beds were comfy and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was so convenient that they have a coffee shop there too, for those quiet moments when you want to sit and watch the world go by. The pricing is very very affordable and this place FAR exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

Comfortable stay. Very affordable. Extremely friendly service and complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, offered private bathroom, and tv. Just wished it had a fan (hence 4/5 stars in room category). Amazing location to market and boat rides. They also offer shuttle service into and out of Guatemala City but didn't use it this time. Will definitely consider it for the future. If you're looking for a clean, safe, budget-friendly, comfortable stay, this is for you.

3 floors with great rooms laid out across a connecting balcony / porch. The room was simple, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful blanket. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and helped us to schedule a shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning. There is a funny parrot that hangs around and can be quite loud at times, but at night there is no problem.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the bottom of the main street near the dock and close to the street market. The price of the room for two people for three nights was really good, and the quality of the hotel surpassed our expectations.

Overall a great place to stay, it's highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel right in the center close to the lake. We stayed with our 2yo and they were super accommodating with all our needs. Quiet room to the back was nice with hot shower. Very friendly and helpful staff! Very good value for the price.

Check in was a breeze.
Rooms were clean and wifi was good. While there was a power outage, this hotel was the only place on the block with power still due to their generator so we had no issues whatsoever. Bravo!!

Such a cozy place tucked right off the main street in Pana. They have a cafe that fronts Calle Santander, which is also where they serve the included breakfast (which is delicious and filling - think pancakes, eggs, granola and fruit).

As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and extremely well taken care of. I was always greeted by name by Julio, Francisco and other staff and they were super helpful with practical visiting information like restaurant recommendations, lancha prices, etc. They also do transportation from the airport, which was affordable, comfortable and safe.

My visit started with a WhatsApp message from Julio, welcoming me to his country, and ended with a hug! A great place to stay with even greater staff!!

Very very happy with my lovely (small) room, delish breakfast every morning in sunny courtyard with chatty parrot, and very friendly obliging staff. Price Perfect ✅ Central location..6-7 mins walk from Lake and boats. Stayed at a couple of places on lake Atitlan, BUT, this was THE BEST solution for me...every day, take boat to different location, and come back across water before sunset! BLISS! Stayed 5 nights 👍👏🏼

A big shout-out to Francisco!! He was very friendly and helpful - he arranged a private boat for us to visit San Pedro and San Juan. When we couldn’t find our captain upon returning to the dock, he called the captain for us and then texted me again to ensure that we were ok.

The location was unbeatable! It is right on the main calle with bunch of good food options nearby. The lake was an easy 5 mins walk from the hotel. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t mind that our room was on the smaller side. Shower pressure was strong and the room was clean. Do bring some earplugs as you will be waken up by birds chirping.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, but we saw a lot of non hotel customers dinning there. You do get two big bottles of water upon arrival!

Parking is included, but it is about 2 blocks away. 10Q/hr after the check-out time.

Excellent hotel with really nice location, between the local market and the lake. Great service, food and affordable prices. The only thing is that the vehicle parking isn't right there, is a few blocks away, 3-5 minutes walking, but after all, this place is for walking.

The customer service here is amazing! I booked a shuttle from Panajachel to my hostel in Guatemala City during Semana Santa. Unfortunately they were not able to get me all the way to my hostel because of the celebrations taking place that week but they were willing to give me money for a cab from the airport to my hostel. I would definitely recommend them for transportation

Lovely little budget, boutique hotel, right in the middle of town and just one block from the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. A bit noisy with dogs barking and roosters calling, but hey that's Guatamala. Paco the parrot in the lobby will climb onto your shoulder if you get too close and he won't get off.
