I was so happy to find this place, as they can prepare many of their dishes 100% gluten free and suitable for celiacs! The kitchen is open and had two sides, one of which is reserved for anything vegan and gluten free. While the food took a while to arrive the shawarma made of oyster mushrooms was really good. It's nicely decorated and you get a view of the lake. Would go again!

Such a big menu we had to come back a second time to try everything we wanted to! The hummus plates were so good and such a good portion. Service was friendly and quick, with an amazing view of the lake.

I’ve been here three times and have loved it. So far it’s the best restaurant I’ve been too in Guatemala. I tired the tahini/chocolate shake which was good (plus gluten free and dairy free), the falafel plate which was AMAZING, and the chicken shawarma plate which was pretty good too.

Of the three things I’ve tried, I liked the falafel plate best! Only issue with my plates were the fries. They were overdone both times I went. I probably could have asked them to remake them, but didn’t.

Fantastic falafel restaurant in the centre of San Pedro. The menu is broad with pita’s, sharing platters, falafel bowls etc.. I tried both the falafel pita and the chicken hummus bowl and would recommend both.
The service is quick and the seating area is clean and you can even enjoy a view of the lake whilst you eat.
They also do delivery via WhatsApp

This place is amazing. A real gem in a place lacking in good quality food!

The vibe is ‘Cafe Del Mar’ esq. food is prepared to order and the pitta bread is super soft fluffy and tasty. So defiantly recommend something with pitta!

We ordered the platter for two and shared a chicken shawarma.. tasty and reasonably priced.

The service was excellent and you can see the chefs making the food!

A pleasant atmosphere with a breeze wafting through nice plants and cosy vibe. Music is mid tempo which suits this place well not too loud but enough to catch your attention ever few songs!

Washed the meal down with a ‘natural lemonaid’ lemon juice sugar and water. Went well with the food.

Stayed in San Pedro 2 nights and ate lunch here both days. I have lived in NYC for 15 years and have had great falafel sandwiches all over the world and this may be the best one I have ever had. My girlfriend had the Shawarma and she agreed it’s one of the best ever. The fries are top. The portions are big. We travel a lot. Just wow! The views are incredible and the service is super friendly and fast. 10/10. Must try. Highly recommended.

Best place for food we’ve had in San Pedro. Got the cauliflower bites, falafel hummus, beef pita and chicken pita. Good views of the lake from the restaurant.

Pita Sabij offers delicious falafels, pitas, sauces, and much more. I was blown away by the falafel pita, which was fresh and full of flavour. The views of the lake from the restaurant are stunning as well.

Outstanding food, generous portions and great views of the lake. We ordered the falafel plate, extra chicken schnitzel + pita and crispy pitta chips. You also get unlimited sauce; tahini, curried mustard, ketchup, and picante/spicy dip.

Our culinary experience was highly satisfying. The setting is stylish, the menu displays vegetarian /vegan options, and the food is tasty. We ordered some fried cauliflower, French fries, falafel, chicken pita, and a salad; we relished every single dish.
Our only complaint is the attitude of a few servers who did seem amiable.

This was undoubtedly one of the finest meals we enjoyed in Guatemala—so exceptional that we dined here on two occasions. The views are breathtaking, and the food surpasses expectations. It stands out as one of the few worthwhile dining options in San Pedro.

Great food and service with the spectacular view and Zen inspired background music selection. Large portions. One chicken shawarma plate with couple of extras (+falafel +fried eggplant) were perfect for two adults. Especially nice if you needed a break from plantanes, beans and tortillas.

I can’t speak more highly about a restaurant than this place. I was at first about the almost perfect score. But after trying out their food, I can wholeheartedly say that they deserve a perfect score. The food is not only delicious. It’s also reasonably priced. It comes with an assortment of condiments on the side to amplify the taste of the already delicious food. To add to the experience it also comes with scenic views of the lake. If you’re in town, definitely recommend a visit. I got the chicken pita Which was delicious And the cauliflower appetizer.

AMAZING food and view at an affordable price. Excellent flavor. We went twice during our short stay in San Pedro. Best restaurant in San Pedro by far and maybe one of the top restaurants I've ever been to. Don't miss it if you're in San Pedro!!

Had a delicious family meal here tonight. The menu is great…spoilt for choice. Our waiter and waitress were so friendly and efficient. The decor and lighting is very inviting. Also excellent value. Definitely worth a visit. Shout out to the lovely ladies and talented chefs behind the counter. Thank you.

Went for light dinner. Was great. 5% charge for card payment which around here is to be expected but the food and drinks were great. Happily recommend

Such a delicious place to eat in San Pedro. The restaurant over looks Lake Atitlán and it's beautiful. The ambience is fun and relaxed and the restaurant is clean and safe. The staff is attentive and kind. They also speak multiple languages.

The food was delicious. Everything we got was unique in flavor and good portions. We had the Shawarma chicken pita, the schnitzel pita and a kebob plate. We would get it all again it was so good!

Who’d have thought you’d find top tier Middle Eastern food in the little town of San Pedro, Guatemala? This place is an absolute gem, the shwarma pitas are insane and the hummus is to die for. Would highly recommend this spot!
