Extremely fair price for what you get - 2 eggs of choice, variety of cheese, vegetables, breads, sweats, and a drink of your choice. Excellent choice for a good breakfast.

The best resort in San Pedro!
The entire resort is gorgeous, and all the small details have been thought about.
The rooms are amazing, super high quality.
The swimming pool is cool, with a lake view and good music and atmosphere.
The restaurant is just fabulous, the Chef is creative and smart with the menu.

Stunning view of the Lake San Pedro La Laguna. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. It’s a great place to stay during your trip to Guatemala.

Had a wonderful time and stay at Sababa in February with a group of three friends! We booked the pool view room with a patio which included breakfast for 2 nights. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. One thing to note for light sleepers is you can hear the roosters in the morning and local dogs barking. So pack some ear plugs if you want to sleep in! The restaurant and hotel staff were lovely and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. The front desk helped us booked our transportation to/from San Pedro which took the stress out of getting to this hidden spot.

The resort offers a good mix of fun on the weekend and relaxation during the week. I’d recommend this spot to those looking for their next adventure at Lake Atiltan.

Breakfast here was excellent. I left feeling nourished. More importantly I left with the realization that our existence is limitless and we can achieve everything that we desire with conscious intention and unwavering belief. Recognize your innate power and do not allow the voices of others to diminish it. Pursue your passion wholeheartedly and the rest will fall into place. You know what that passion is. Go for it.

Incredible buffet brunch available for anyone for 50Q! All you can eat between 8-12 every day, includes one coffee (latte etc as well) and two eggs as you like, and all possible brunch foods. Excellent value for money, especially as you can enjoy the pool area for as long as you want after the brekkie!

You can change money in the reception (super useful) and take boats from the hotel dock (also for public-taxis boats)

Def the best place in San Pedro
You wake up with to an amazing view, you then stroll down the pool which is simply gorgeous. After that you might as well sit down for breakfast while still looking at the gorgeous lake. Fresh eggs and salad, accompanied with pancakes.
The resort is super clean, staff is friendly and kind, plus you can get all services you’d need at the desk.
P.s- you can take a boat from Pana directly to the hotel and walk in through the lower level gate

Simply the most beautiful and amazing resort on Lake Atitlan. Everything about my stay here was PERFECT. The food, breakfast buffet, pool, atmosphere, wifi, staff, rooms and beds were all absolutely fantastic. I’m still dreaming about the food I ate in their wonderful restaurant! The morning yoga was also a really nice way to start the day, and the sunrise views of the lake are not to be missed. I’ll never forget my time here and hope you enjoy your stay here as well!

I loved my stay here.So worth the hype.I stayed in room 11 which is poolside and perfect!!I loved the restaurant being right there the free breakfast is delicious.They serve breads,fruits yogurt,pancakes,jams, and make the eggs fresh.It has tons of photo ops and the pool area was awesome.I also loved the fridge being fully stocked for a good time beer ,Smirnoff, wine, soda it was amazing!!!The bed was comfy .It has a fan so I was good to go on temperature.It does play music late into the night so if your sensitive to sound or want to rest this isn’t the place.It’s a place to have fun.I really recommend this place.

This is the perfect place for people who want to visit San Pedro but dont feel comfortable sleeping in the hostels there. It's almost like an entirely different world in there compared to the rest of the island. It's very luxurious and fun. Theres a great pool there and the sun is perfect for sunbathing. The food is very good too. If you're coming to San Pedro, have some extra money and dont like Hostels, this is for you.

Amazing hotel! They offer champagne upon check-in. The staff was helpful, room clean, and the food was delicious. I'd definitely go back!

Very beautiful resort. Relaxing, romantic atmosphere, very friendly service. Fantastic microclimate at 1550m above sea level.

Great for happy hour 12-4pm and enjoy a swim at their amazing pool!

I went there for the breakfast and it was a super tasty buffet with very nice employees! If i could put 6 stars, I would!
