Coffee ADENISA / FEDEPMA

Went here on a tour with my Spanish school. We got information on the whole coffee production process - growth, composting, natural fertilization, harvesting, selection, processing and roasting. The guide answered the many questions we had and made us each a delicious cup of coffee to boot.

A co-op that produces local coffee and honey. I had the opportunity to take a tour and enjoyed it very much. The coffee was excellent.

Des explications claires de Otoniel, un passionné qui travaille depuis 12 ans dans le café et l'apiculture sur le fonctionnement de la coopérative, le label bio, des interactions avec les différents acteurs et visite des installations.
La coopérative rassemble plus de 50 producteurs locaux qui sont formés aux techniques du bio et pour produire un café de qualité. Elle est aussi un acteur majeur de l'économie locale qui repose à plus de 80% sur la production de café.
Possibilité d'acheter du café en grains ou moulu sur place.

We had a really nice tour with Manuel, starting with the trees and harvesting, onto the sorting and cleaning processes, and through a carefully brewed cup of coffee at the end. We learned a lot!

Tuvimos un recorrido muy agradable con Manuel, comenzando con los árboles y la cosecha, a los procesos de clasificación y limpieza, y al final, a través de una taza de café cuidadosamente preparada. ¡Hemos aprendido mucho!
