A must visit on your trip to Lake Atitlan. Edwin is a genius. All his cocktails are fresh fruit based and perfectly balanced. From micheladas to craft cocktails, he will surprise you!

We have been to many cocktail bars around the world- but this will still be memorable. He uses fresh honey or honey syrup instead of sugar water in his cocktails. No water, but fruit juices provide the base with generous amounts of alcohol. The alcohol is so well mixed that you taste all the fresh flavors of fruit and get the buzz of alcohol as well. Would be here everyday and wish we were in Pana longer.

We got the passionfruit with tequila drink- beautiful presentation with a sunburst of lemon as garnish. My partner wanted to try a michelada. Edwin’s version had three different salts- one of local to the lake alone and all his salsas are homemade. This was a lovely michelada with a lovely balance of savory flavors and beer.

I cant wait to try whatever is in season( mango, cashew or jacote) the next time we visit. We arrived early before sunset, and he had time to show us how the drinks were made, the fresh fruits he had that were in season and to chat with us. He had worked in the restaurant industry for many years before starting his own drinks cart. A truly delightful human.

You can find his cart/ shack ‘exotic fruits- rapido y furioso’ on the Pana boardwalk, nearer the calle satander entrance, near the i love pana sign.

Our drinks were 60q and 45q respectively, but so worth it compared to the normal restaurants and much cheaper and better than most bars in the usa.

You must come here for the best fruit cocktails! Edwin is a talented mixologist who creates the most delicious and beautiful presented drinks made of fresh locally grown fruit and liquor — no added sugars or seltzers etc. My friend and I loved our drinks and Edwin so much that we came back every day during our stay at Lake Atitlán. Can’t wait to come back to try more special fruits from the region! Edwin made our time here really special :)

Cute little spot along the lake edge in Pana. He uses fresh fruit and creates creative drinks. Ordered the Baby Yoda (vodka and fresh kiwi) and it was delicious. Appears to only be open later in the afternoon but definitely worth a stop!

Best cocktail I've had in Guatemala. When we asked for a menu, we were presented a bowl of fruit and asked what we liked. Friendly service and beautiful views. Couldn't recommend more!

Edwin is an amazing mixologist and person! His “menu” is a tray of all different fruits and he goes to explain how each cocktail represents that fruit. I chose the granadilla fruit, which is extremely sweet and natural, of course with some white rum! Edwin doesn’t use any extra processed sugar, only the natural nectar of the fruit and taste of the alcohol of choice. The location is right in front of Lake Atitlan. I highly recommend an evening cocktail and great conversation with Edwin.

Wow. What an incredible experience. If you’re into delicious and creative cocktails, among the friendliest bartenders/owners, this is the stop for you. They cater each cocktail to the local fruits that are in season, walk you through what each fruit is, and what alcohol it pairs best with - seriously such a wonderful and memorable experience that shouldn’t be missed.

Great service and the drinks are AMAZING! Blanca and her family were very warm and welcoming. The drinks are made with fresh fruit and their own recipes. Make sure to ask for the vegan option if needed (no honey).

Great place by the lake for handmade cocktails made with fresh fruit. The owner is very welcoming and asks your preferences to create a unique cocktail. A must if you are in Pana!

Amazing cocktails, by far the best I ever tasted. Edwin doesn't cheat, uses only fresh ripe fruits and prime quality alcohol, and it shows. Clearly he knows what he is doing and has a vision.

We also tried the clams that were amazing. Give the guy his own restaurant, and he will do wonders ;)

Excellent cocktails made only real fruit with the flesh of the fruit in the drink. Great presentation as well! As each drink is made with whole fruits from scratch it does take a bit of time, so don’t order one on your way to catch the last bout out of Panajachel.

Amazing cocktails, amazing location and amazing staff! We ordered a Kiwi (baby yoda) and mango cocktail which were made with fresh fruit and plenty of rum/vodka. They were both delicious. The location also hosts beautiful views of Lake Atitlán, and the staff are so incredibly friendly. Muchas gracias Edwin!

I highly recommend this establishment. The husband and wife work really hard to service their customers. The prices and the drinks are amazing and the view of the lake is priceless. Hard work should always pay. Make this one of your to do while in Panajachel.

Walking around on a Monday night at 9 pm when everything seemed closed and done for the night, my man Edwin was slinging the drinks from Exotic Drinks cart. Had a great atmosphere for the small cart with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy his creative drinks. Definitely check it out!

Hands down best drinks of our Guatemalan vacation. And the nicest owners. They make everything with fresh fruit and put a lot of thought into each item. Cannot recommend enough.

Highlight of our five days in Panajachel. We went every night for the sunset and a delicious different cocktail. Passion fruit was AMAZING. The owner loves making unique cocktails, and it shows. Don't miss.
