Initially, this didn't start out as a good experience (servicewise), but Patience turned the situation around together with Albert.

Sometimes, service is just allowing the customer to make their own decision whether to wait or leave, instead of no options (where they are).

30 mins before closing is enough time to offer customers to wait if they want chicken, instead of saying there is no chicken. All the best.

This branche of KFC is one of the best that I have visited. The design is just on point.. They refresh it very often. The food is good as usual and the service is okay. KFC Achimota service beat this one (😊). I recommend... PS: make sure to ask the availability of the rice before ordering it with your chicken. The drive out is also very quick and the best option if you are passing by with a car.

There's was no queue at the time I went through.

I think they have an issue with thier speakers where your order is taking so I drove further in to get someone to pick my order.

The guys are all pleasant, and always ready to assist.

KFC Ghana has the best tasting chicken. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. You have to try the crushers (smoothies).

It’s a serine environment for relaxing and getting some snacks to rejuvenate your strength

I love the little time I spent here getting my food for 2 reasons.

The turn around time was quick and the guy serving was very nice. Kept smiling all the time which was nice to see.

Great decor. Absolutely love the place. Nicest kfc branch I've been to so far. Down side is one of the staff bore me. She was making a call while i was trying to make an order. I didn't like my second experience there either. A worker over there literally put a bag of vegetables in the seat opposite me while I was waiting for my meal which took forever to get ready

I met a girl called Fatima who was nice to me and also helped me . She made my day though I was in a bad mood she put a smile on my face before I left.

It has a wide parking space. It also has a drive through making it very convenient. It's big windows also makes it feel as if you were sitting outside which is just natural and relaxing.

Loved it. Was my first stop on my visit to Ghana & I had the Chop Box which was quite filling after a long trip. The staff, Bless, was so pleasant and served with a smile that warmed the heart for a tourist. It also has a drive thru, atm outside, a garden with benches to enjoy the scenery and right at Shell gas station so you can get gas for your car & food for your stomach in one stop

Like any other KFC, this have a drive through which is quite cool, at a most busy day this may not be a great idea as the queue is some how slow and time consuming but on a best day, it is a cool thing to do without having to leave your car if you are Mobile. Apart from the drive through, I notice the service is great and fast. And the staff are friendly. And the environment is great as it is located in the same place as the Shell petrol station and a big and spacious parking spot and opposite is the botanica gardens at Haatso. It is a good place to be and I believe you will have a good experience.

Today I really appreciate Eugene effort towards me, cause he's a good person and always know how to communicate with customers.More over he's also gentle,keen to help always.I had a slight complication in the menu item but he explained to me and made me understand that the twister is the same as buritto and tenders he said they're called strips I appreciate his efforts today 🤗
