Conducive environment for studies. One of the best universities in the country and in West Africa so far.
I actually don’t like how the driveways have been constructed, very confusing and I find it very hard to locate certain halls and the students are very poor at giving accurate directions. More signposts should be plotted for proper navigations.

Beautiful architecture and very green and cosy environment with many places to explore nature aside the academic work

No doubt about the premier university in the country. When I began my study at the university, there were tons of experiences I have had which has today labeled the future path. There’re more to say than thank you.

The premier University of Ghana presents an eco-friendly environment. The large green component makes the campus beautiful. There are many standard eateries and shops scattered around campus. The Balme Library together with its ultra modern IT facilities make learning a delight. The Legon Botanical Gardens located on campus is the ideal place to visit for picnics and other social events. The experience cannot be described through writing.

Great institution of higher learning. Fantastic learning environment and a beautiful architecture to match.

I do like this place , it is a such a wondreful University . The university was founded in 1948 as the University College of the Gold Coast .The University College of the Gold Coast was founded by Ordinance on August 11, 1948 for the purpose of providing for and promoting university education, learning and research. Its first Principal was the late Mr. David Mowbray Balme.

Today this university is among the greatest univerisity in West africa and have trainned greatb Ghana's leaders.

This university boosts of several undergraduate and postgraduate programmes which has made it the number one in the country and top five in Africa.

It's always nice to pass through. The serene environment, the roads canteens and cafeteria. More than one entry or exist so no traffic jam .

One of Ghana's top notch universities. Most of the great men and women of Ghana went through this university.

One of the largest campuses in the country with various faculties.
There are a range of course from certificate courses, diplomas, bachelors and post graduate courses.

Location is very easy to find especially on the Google Map.
The environment is very serene and green.

Overall academic performance of students of the university is quite good.

Lectures, association week celebrations, dinners, church and a whole lot of exiting experiences

Went to college here as young woman, one of the best experiences of my life. Over 20 years and many travels later, I still say Ghana is the happiest place on earth!
