Went here the other day, no problems.
Staff were fine, if a little vigilant. (lots of shoplifters maybe??!!)
Young lady was really helpful getting the ladder to get to the high-up clothing.
I must've missed the anti-Welsh stuff and gone shopping after 10am.

I called there today as a pair of Karrimor boots had failed on a seam after wearing once.
They young lad and manager dealt with me and we very polite, very professional.
The replaced the boots like for like as the receipt was present . Faultless service.
