Exceptional service from Bangor Currys, guy named Luke, went to buy a laptop, saw the one I liked and asked to buy a specific one, long story short, Luke showed me some comparables, I ended up buying another one, with better processor and features for slightly less money, all because he asked the right questions, and listened to me, I ended up with what I needed, not what I thought I wanted!! Awesome service.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was assisted in my purchase. The assistant took me to what I wanted to buy and answered all my queries. It was better than standing around waiting.

Bought 2 articles, good info, advice for each product, very friendly, and they even brought a chair for my mum to sit down on (OAP). So, great service, it was during the Black Friday deals, so we were very happy with what we bought 👍👌

Anything from phones,to household item to computers, printers and even smart watches. Bought a printer there this weekend and price was reasonable. You could also recycle your old items here.

We were helped by IAN. Who helped us to the oven and hob that was perfect for us. We loved it and bought it. Thank you, brilliant and very knowledgeable guy. Cool sence of humour to.

Went in to buy the Quest Oculus 2. Just before closing. Had brilliant service from 3 members of staff and was served almost straight away. Had an issue with they're system so was asked to come back in 10 mins which we did and the problem was solved. All in all a good service and will be using them again as I have done many times in the past.

Went in again today. Purchased the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Quick service again. Knowledgeable staff helped out and will be probably going there again in the future. 5 stars

Excellent. Was desperate for a TV cable,when setting up my caravan. Ordered online, Girl who served me was very helpful and friendly. A guy who overheard me asking my son on the phone about Hdmi leads quickly came to help and show me my choices. Very impressed with service

Brilliant selection of TV’s on display with helpful staff. TV model we wanted had wasn’t in stock but they said it would be available for next day and it was exactly on time. Great shop.

Not a great choice in what we needed, however staff were able to advise and get the product we wanted online and free delivery. Also great to have a Welsh speaker for advice

Well laid out store very clean and tidy the staff are very knowledgeable regarding the products. The staff member helping us Euyron (apologies if spelling is wrong) was exceptional very obliging and knew all the answers to our questions helped with comparisons and guided us the right choice for us could not have been more helpful.
