We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
The chateau itself is just beautiful, definitely worth a visit. Thank you to all the staff.

The location is outside of Menai Bridge town around 5 minutes.

This hotel is built in the 100 years old Castle.
However, some rooms are in the Chateau. Others type such as lodge and cottages stay outside the Chateau.

The devoration in the Chateau is beautiful. It seem like 100 years ago. The Chateau faces to the sea. It's lovely view. There is a garden surrounding the Chateau which would be nice in the summer.

Breakfast served on the basement floor in the Chataeu. A la carte set menu per person with buffet of bread, fruit.

Lodge sea view room is large, clean and comfortable. The bed ia too soft for us. A bottle of spring water and cookies are provided in the room.

Staffs are nice, kind and helpful. Love this Chateau.

Whoever made a complaint about the Chateau Rhianfa must have got out of the wrong side of their luxurious bed. We stayed for a long Bank Holiday weekend, in the Duke Suite and found the place deserves at least its 4☆.
The staff were amazing, from the receptionists, the cleaners, bar staff and waiting staff. They were all so lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. The chef deserves a mention as the food was incredible.
The views and the gardens are fantastic. Our room was spotless, up-market toiletries and lovely clean towels and linen. Room service was superb. There is no fridge or bathrobes in the room, but that does not detract from the brilliant stay that we had. Refurbishment is underway, so we can't wait to go back when it's finished. A special thanks to all the receptionists who looked after us so efficiently and always with a smile.

Family weekend, great place to chill, staff were unbelievable , cannot fault, customer service top of the menu.
The hotel is, well where to start, grade 2 but historic like staying in a national trust house but with all facilities, yes there is bit of wear n tare but that adds to the character and experience to be honest i don't want to say too much as it is a hidden gem and i don't want many others to know about it . Will we stay again YES

Only spent 1 nt here, however it is a great location looking across the Menai Straits. Service at the bar was a little slow and we waited sometime, for the wine to be served. Food in the restaurant was good, however it was a limited menu.

Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Its a new experienced, new setting and location is just stunning. Prepare a lot of clothes to changed as loads of beautiful settings inside the château.

Loved everything about this place. Our 2 night stay, included our wedding ceremony. Though we only had 5 guests, we were made to feel so special. Staff (esp Elin) were so welcoming and helpful. Location is stunning, with gardens down to the shore of the Menai Strait. All meals were lovely - substantial breakfasts, generous and diverse champagne afternoon tea, delicious 3 course meal after the ceremony. We stayed in the Duchess Suite, which was amazing. Our guests had seaview rooms within the chateau. Would recommend staying here and definitely hope to return.

Came here for an afternoon tea as a treat. The setting was stunning as was the service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. As you can see from the pictures the food was awesome and there was plenty of it. I would highly recommend come here for that extra special treat. It’s worth the money.

We arrived Christmas eve and departed the day after boxing day, everything in-between was excellent. Our room was situated in the basement right next to the lift and along the corridor from the restaurant and morning room. We had the biggest wet room imaginable as it was set in one of the chateaus turrets. The soaps, gels and shampoos provided were really good quality, as were the bed linens, towels and robes.
The day rooms two floors up were steeped in history. The whole of the chateau and gardens were very interesting.
The staff were very friendly, helpful & proficient in their tasks.
The food was very good. Very, very flavoursome and generous portions. A nice touch were the bowls of chocolates situated around the rooms and teas and coffee were complimentary. A fantastic place to sit and quietly while away the hours with your own thoughts or reading a book or just idly chatting with fellow guests. So good we booked again for next year.

We stayed here for a night and I really loved it, so so beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer, we ordered room service from the bar menu and had breakfast that morning, everything was perfect. The hotel itself and the grounds of the hotel are so beautiful. Would definitely love to come back. One thing I would say is it is quite difficult to get through to the hotel, we called a few times prior to our stay and ended up having to email instead.

Wow.
Amazing from start to finish.
We had our wedding here and loved every minute of it. The staff were very attentive, especially Elin who made sure everything ran smoothly.
We had afternoon tea on arrival, highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious to say the least. Then we also had dinner, which again was lovely.
Chateau rhianfa is to die for. Amazing venue with beautiful gardens.
We stayed in the duke suite, which was a dream come true.
Can’t thank the staff enough for making our big day so special.
Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.
Thank you so much

Stayed here with family around early March '22.
Won't give you the full story however it was an emotional trip as we were scattering relatives Ashes and it was my late grandmothers favourite place to stay who had passed months earlier.

From start to finish, the service we received was excellent and the rooms were immaculate.
The place is HUGE and has the most beautiful view of the surrounding waters and hills. Try not to get lost in the winding garderns either!

Big shout out to Tom, who was the most fantastic night porter and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. He tried to find my grandmothers records when she was here and also helped on our last night there when there was a slight disturbance. He truly is an asset to the hotel and made our experience a special one. I've been meaning to write this for a while, if he hasn't already.. give Tom a pay rise or promotion!

Only thing I can say is parking outside hotel is a little hit and miss as no spaces and hard to manoeuvre back out. If you are travelling with a few cars, best to park a few in the other car park below and send one car into the main drive to check for spaces.
