I already loved my Grillstream barbecue after 3+years of perfect work. Brett's recent help with ordering a replacement part makes me really trust the brand and would highly recommend their bbqs.

We had an issue with our garden furniture, I couldn't go back to where we purchased it from as the garden centre had closed down. I emailed Leisuregrow, and despite a few delays we have received a replacement item. Exceptional customer service, they went the extra mile, very pleased.

@Angie Renwick Aluminium can be welded, just find a local welding shop and I'm sure they could repair it for you, yes the frames are thin, but they can be repaired. I work for a removal company and a cast ally bench got broken during the storms the other year, our local welder did an excellent job repairing it, and cast ally is harder to weld than extruded.

Exceptional Customer Service!
I have a pop-up Hamilton pop-up gazebo that managed to get bent - due to a combination of gusty wind and user error. When i contacted the Customer Services team at Leisure Grow (Thanks Daniel) they sent me some spare parts via courier to fix the bent poles for no cost. I will use them again as this kind of customer first thinking is worth supporting. Many Thanks

Fantastic customer service! my BBQ had failed after two years use. I was a little unsure on how to resolve this but Matthew gave me a lot of technical support over the phone and via video call, thanks to his efforts we were able to fix the BBQ with spare parts.

Called Leisure Grow today to enquire about a spare part. The lady I spoke to was really helpful. Even though my item has been discontinued, some spare parts are still available, including the one I need. They have placed the order and it will be sent out to me to arrive in the next few days. It was also free of charge. What fantastic service. I have been very pleased with my purchase (I have had it for a number of years) and would definitely buy from this company again and will be recommending to friends. Thank you.

If there was a 6 star option this company definitely deserve it. Leisuregrow products are a company that really do go the extra mile for their customers and offer a personal and excellent first class service. I purchased one of their beautiful Garden LED light products from Aldi and one of the garden lights was damaged. The director of Leisuregrow Products personally delivered a replacement to my home a and when I opened the box Leisuregrow had put in little gifts of their other lovely decorative garden outside LED lights as gifts, this was during the pandemic lockdown. Companies like this are rare. Fantastic products coupled with 6 star service . Thank you so much.

Great set of Christmas Tree Lights, but power supply failed after two Christmas' . When I contacted Leisuregrow they provided an upgraded power supply free of charge. Nice to know that the company has a good after-sales service. If you are thinking of purchasing lights for your Christmas tree I would highly recommend Leisuregrow.

We had outstanding customer service from Leisure Grow having unwisely left our gazebo out over night in a high wind. Replacement parts were sent immediately without charge. Highly recommended.

Had an asymmetrical sail sunshade, it was put up in june 2018, taken down over winter , put back up in May 2019 and by August it had ripped in the corner becoming unusable. Not happy. LG won't replace it and want us to buy a new sail for £100.

Update: After some back and forth emails, leisuregrow agreed to replace the sail at no cost, so much happier and thank you LG

I have found Leisuregrow products extremely good,robust and hard wearing.I also find their customer service excellent especially from Matthew who went to great lengths to source some spare parts for my elderly swing seat which I had lost in storage. Many thanks.

Great service. We had a fault with a garden chair that was bought last year, replacement was sent out within a week. No fuss and excellent customer service.

I purchased Casablanca Firepit table and chairs from my local garden centre, this was an old model and consisted of a firepit and icebucket, another model £100.00 dearer included a Lazy Susan, but unfortunately this model was out of stock as I had tried online, I then contacted Leisure Grow and spoke to Matthew, the manager who was the epitome of customer service, he had a lazy Susan in warehouse, sent me a picture which was exact match and is posting it, excellent customer service, Matthew went the extra mile, I would recommend the company 👍
