Since being taken over, I've absolutely loved the running of the post office here! The opening hours are sooo much more accessible. The staff are always so approachable and friendly and they are beyond happy to help! They've helped me send off for my driving licence renewal when I wasn't sure what to do and they have helped me with returns that I had put off because I thought it was going to be too much faff! They made it so easy and I definitely won't put it off for so long, next time!
Also love that there's nearly always a smile behind the counter and it really leaves you feeling brighter than when you arrived. Great customer service guys, you're doing amazing!

Such a wonderful team at this local post office. Each & every member of staff give 100% to enhance the customer experience, not only making you feel welcome but valued. They are always smiling & on each visit have left me feeling just that little bit happier than when I walked in. Honourable mention to Charles for excellent service.

What a lovely welcome and professional service I just received from smiley, friendly Shanaz at the counter today. She explained everything to me about the service I needed and hadn’t used before at the post office (paying a cheque in which previously I did at the bank until it closed in our town). I was made to feel very welcome and valued and look forward to using their facilities in the future. Good luck new owners, you definitely know how to treat your customers and will go far :)

Best Post Office I've ever been! Since the new owners took over and extended the working ours we finally can go and use their services. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I look forward to use their new Evri return service. They are truly a great addition to the town centre!

Having used this post office previously, I was pleasantly surprised to go in today and find a friendly smiley face waiting to serve me. I didn’t get the lady’s name but I believe she is the new owner. She couldn’t have been more helpful, and accommodating and found me the best price for the service I needed. (Considerably cheaper than I’ve previously been charged.) She engaged in conversation and didn’t rush us at all. Very welcoming service. Thanks

New management of the post office has made a massive positive impact in a short amount of time. Always helpful, friendly and efficient! I appreciate that there’s no closure during the day & they’ve gone through the effort of adding services too, minimising the amount of time I spend driving through town to reach different courier providers.

Went to reniew my photo card drivers license in there , was dreading it taking a long time. The Lady in charge of the Post Office delt with me, she was so helpful, reassuring, i was sorted out very quickly. Love the happy and welcoming atmosphere as you enter.

Who would believe that going to the Post Office is actually a very pleasurable experience ? This management couple are efficient, very friendly and welcome you as if whatever you need, they will do their utmost to deliver. They have set a very high bar regarding service levels.

So impressed with this Post Office. Service was fantastic today when I was served by Harjit. Was greeted with a smile and he was so polite and helpful with a return I had to do. Wasn't expecting much but ended up leaving in a better mood than when I went in!! Thank you and keep up the good work.

This place has been turned around since the new owner stepped in. Really pleasant service, knowledgeable and swift. The place has a bit of life kicked into it! I don't usually leave reviews but needed to be done on this occasion.
