As a lady who was never really shown the correct bra to wear, I was already taking a shot in the dark going to m&s to get some bras, I was politely offered some help by an angel who’s name I didn’t get, a beautiful black lady with impeccable style and short black bob ! she done a fitting with me and advised on the best bra for my shape and body, she did not stop until we found the right fits ! as simple as this is for most it was actually emotional for me a woman who never had anyone to teach me these simple things, like bra shopping ! A blessing from god 💓 thank you, you do your work with grace and excellence x

Had an impromptu bra fitting service today with Taneesha (hope I got the name right). She was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and ended up buying more than intended so she was a fantastic salesperson too! A real credit to M&S.

Always a good shopping experience here even at busy times.
The food hall is large and appears to carry the full range of M&S products - my advice is to bring a list as it will save you from too much of a shock when you get to the checkout!
The clothing areas are also extensive and well stocked.
The parking area serves a lot of shops, but there is almost always enough. Only on weekends just before Christmas is finding a space challenging.

Lovely, massive collection of homeware items. As usual M&S collections are unique and very authentic. If you are out and about in Biggleswade retail park, pay a visit to M&S and you will surely be amazed. Enjoy. Cheers.

Clothes are a good selection.
Cafe not as good as it was. Lacks staff and sometimes produce. But the staff they do have are lovely and work hard.

I went into M&S Biggleswade around 1 o’clock today I was at the checkout being served by a young lady called Megan. The gentleman in front of me was being very very rude towards Megan. I just wanted to highlight how well Megan handled this situation. I just wanted to put this review on as there’s always negative feedback and this young girl handled this situation very well, and I just and I think it deserves recognition.

Very good selection of lingerie with large stock of sizes, I wanted size 10 knickers and I stocked up, I had lots of choice.
This was retail park Biggleswade (we lost our Bedford store 😞). It could be well stocked because it is Valentines soon but hope it continues.

Visited Friday 11/06/21 - really wasn't sure what the rules were regarding buying a new suit; which I desperately needed for a job I had been offered. The assistants were so helpful and polite. Wish all shops were as good as this.

I must say that the staff in the M&S cafe are so good and work very hard to deliver the excellent service. Although there was a queue, just a little more patients is needed. I have spent more time waiting for service in Costa than here. The lady making the coffee, I think her name was Rose has excellent customer skills, a lovely smile to all

Cafe staff were helpful, quick to clean tables, & bring out food even though it was busy. Store is a good size so there is a decent selection of kids, men's and women's wear. Staff on the till were friendly.

Great place for food as it's so convenient and the quality is high. Clothing choice is varied too and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The cafe is pleasant with good views of the car park (if you're a toddler, this is a good view)

We often pop in on the way back from London for a bite or shopping. It' s got most things you would need. Shop, M&S food, cafe and Loo's. Good parking. Its well designed. Not too rambling so you can be quick in and out

Thanks M&S, for my fab NHS workers shopping experience today. Very friendly, very civilised and flowers to boot. Nice to be able to get a few essentials for my family. You are doing a great job, and your staff are just lovely 💜

The store is very clean and tidy. Staff are mainly helpful and knowledgeable about products. The cafe upstairs is very spacious. So far most items I buy are double the price of Tesco and primarily. However the items I have bought a coat, underwear socks jumpers have been washed few times and still look new. You can't get that from Tesco clothes. There is food store in the shop too. Staff are helpful.

All staff are so jolly and helpful even through these strange times. Nothing is too much and each an every one of the staff has a smile on their face. Vince at the front of the store is absolute quality and made my day with his jokes about the mystery tour. He is a real keeper Marks and Spencers

Visited on 3rd Feb as directed by M&S complaints department with a non-flowering plant and details of the complaint. I have to say that up until this point my complaint had been poorly dealt with, not read and I therefore travelled to Biggleswade with low expectation. How wrong was I? The young lady in the Food Hall read the email as requested, understood my issue, gave me a complete refund and a goodwill gift which complete restored M&S in my mind. The store needs to be congratulated on the professionalism of their staff.

Easy to locate this store which has plenty of free parking including blue badge. Comfortable feeling inside both the clothes and food departments. Very helpful staff.

On Biggleswade retail park. Lots of free parking. Store has nice cafe although hot food took a while to arrive but was very nice. Small homeware section. Mens and children's clothes upstairs along with accessible toilets. Ground floor is ladies wear and a very nice foodhall. Click and collect is situated on the ground floor.

Use it mainly for the food section often has some good food offers and great tasty food.
Prices often surprise me as very competitive with much larger local outlets.
Try not to visit too often as they ruin my diet....

Hi, I was in Biggleswade store on Sunday morning and was helped by Susan B ! So helpful and polite plus being so knowledgeable on the product that I was looking for!!! She was so pleasant and tactile, I hope this is a proper reply for Susan B to get a pat on the back!!!! Brian Darnell.
