Very good even the gentlemen sorted out my vip card as the last 3 times I have been to other pet at home and they said they found me on the system. It wasn't there at all. So it nice he spent sometime setting the app up for me.

Must praise the team of receptionists and vets.
We rushed one of our cats here last Thursday without an appointment, due to one of his eyes rupturing.
He had always had a blemished eye since he was a kitten.
As soon as the receptionists saw his eye bleeding, they whisked him away.
Long story short, his eye was removed the same afternoon.
We’ve been back for two more consultations and have been exceptionally happy with the aftercare.

We took our idiot dog here after she ate rat poison one weekend when our regular vet was closed. The staff and the doctor were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the dog pulled through with flying colors.

This branch doesn't have the same wide selection that I benefit from in my usual store. However, on this occasion what I actually needed was in stock and in a variety of colours, so no issues. Staff were helpful in directing me when I was unsure about the most suitable product for my new puppy. Happy to recommend.

Went in to collect a dog seat and needed help with getting a dog harness. The assistant was super helpful and really gentle with my very nervous mini dachshund puppy and we found a perfect harness at a very reasonable price. Lovely assistants in there.

excellent service from the Vets. They were great with our dog and did an excellent scale and polish. we were told by our local village vet that they wouldn't be able to remove some of the staining on 2 of his rear teeth and that we should have ready at least five hundred pounds for a possible extraction as well. after a Google we settled here and no teeth needed. scale and polish all completely white teeth for 99 pounds! staff very friendly. Vet very informative and caring.

I visited to get new puppy essentials, bed, cage, food etc. There was loads of choice and they had everything I needed. But more than that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Wow such lovely staff went in at 7.30pm having realising we had forgotten a lead. Then came out with all new gear for the hound. Lovely staff, very grateful for their opinions and so happy to walk out with what we needed

Great pet store with a huge variety of food and accessories for your pet. The staff are all friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you. If what you want is not on the shelf then it can usually be ordered in for you. Reasonable prices all round and their are usually a few multi buy offers going on as well.

Very pleasant young lady at till. Parking right outside. Perfect for pick up of big bags pet food.

Best experience I've ever had at a pets at home store. The store manager serving me was professional, knowledgeable, caring, patient and helpful. The shop had everything I needed and lots of good offers and quality items. Thank you again and I'll definitely be sure to visit the shop again soon!

We visited the store as we wanted a dog training whistle, but they didn't have the item we wanted, and the young lady dealing with us recommended the whistle clicker combination which turned out to be exactly what we needed. Very helpful and polite staff throughout the store
