Fresh means fresh for both fruit and veg including cooking apples not seen in supermarket. Delivery was good and driver extremely helpful friendly and polite. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending watts farm. Thank you to all involved getting this to me who is extremely impressed and pleased😍😍😍

Watts Farms have never let us down in the last six weeks of lockdown. Always there. Enough to choose from there growing online selection with plenty of fresh vegetables, bakery and meat from Hepburns with nice little touches. The wine, spirits and beer is more than enough to choose from for those added extras. Good work keep it up 🙂

Thank you so much Watts Farms for being so understanding and rescheduling our delivery when we were stranded 100 miles away from home due to the failure of the RAC to rescue our car. I don't think any other food delivery driver would phone to ask where we were when there was no answer at the door. And the lady whom I spoke to on the phone later on was so helpful and accommodating in rearranging our delivery for today. Thanks again, the only positive of the past couple of days is knowing there are still some decent companies out there!

Excellent choice and produce. Very good driver and delivery service. Food arrived in cardboard boxes that were not overfilled which meant goods were not crushed. All looks very fresh and things that needed to be bagged were bagged again this protects where needed but not excess packaging. Would recommend you give them a try because even when Covid restrictions are lifted we would consider still using Watts Farm. Oh by the way they even had flour and eggs !

I've just taken receipt of my first order.
The produce was top quality, very well packaged with good eat by dates.
The shop team couldnt be more helpful and very professional giving excellent service.
The delivery driver was friendly, very pleasant and even shut the gate behind him.
The prices are only slightly over supermarket prices but for the quality and service Watts Farm cant be topped.
I would definitely recommend shopping with Watts Farm, now AND in the future when we come out of this - the convenience is brilliant.
Well done for providing deliveries during this time, when sadly the supermarkets arnt able to cope with the demand.

Watts Farm home delivery service is superb! Covid 19 has enabled this company to quickly remodel, enabling those of us who are staying at home to buy online fresh fruit, vegetables, milk, butter, cheese, yogurts and so much more. Ordering is simple, a delivery slot has always been available for the five times I've used them and the drivers are friendly. I do hope this service will continue after lockdown, supermarket vegetables do not compare!

Great fresh produce, meat they have avaliable is the best, belly pork goes down a treat in our household. Love the variety they have to offer and the dairy free options, as my boys are milk intolerant. Thank you for our complimentary macaroons this week, they are delicious. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Watts Farms - I managed to somehow mess up when I thought we would get our delivery yesterday when it was due for today. The service I have had from Watts has been unbelievable - I have my wife and daughter who are both immunocompromised (my daughter had chemo 3 weeks ago) and we can't get out for 3 months. The produce was excellent and the delivery driver (from his 2m distance) wanted to know that we are ok and if there was anything we needed - awesome service - thank you so much!

Discovered watts farms during the first lockdown, very happy with the service. If in rare occassions something was wrong it was fixed very promptly by the team. Excellent customer service.
The food selection is great, fruits, veggies, salads, meat and fish are all excellent.
Hope they won't increase the prices too much due to their success.

Had a click and collect this week from the Aylesford depot. Very easy to use website. Lovely fresh produce and much better quality than the supermarkets. I would highly recommend this company.

Good quality products, especially the produce, for home deliveries during the lockdown. Better than supermarkets. Their customer service is very kind and responds quick for any issues raised.

Reliably delivered my private produce order, although a little after the booked time and no limit to the order size unlike the large stores at the moment.

Restaurant quality food, also do home delivery service. Highly recommended life savers during lockdown. We have made some amazing food with their products.
