Fields at Aylesford

The food was brilliant, we really enjoyed the Gammon and Mixed Grill (steak was done perfectly), came out very quickly which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy to help us. They were very efficient and discreet when needed. Drinks were very good, high quality mixers was great.
Very good value for money, we really enjoyed our date out and look forward to coming back again with the rest of our family.

I could not have chosen a better venue to treat my daughter to her birthday lunch. The ambience was good and the service excellent. The food was well presented and we both really enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful as my daughter has a food allergy. I will certainly bring people again.

We were served by the best waitress. She was patient knowledgeable and very helpful and looked after out party of 8 so well during out visit. The best customer service we have had. The food was good too.

We were there to celebrate my grown up son’s birthday. On arrival very friendly host directed us to the bar while our table was prepped.
The barman was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the wine menu.
Our table was ready quickly and we were introduced to our server Cheryl (although somehow I heard Sarah!) she was lovely.
We managed to take an age to decide on our order and Cheryl had to return to the table several times always with a smile. She was helpful about menu choices and attentive to all our many varied requests.
The food was good and portions were very big all served quickly.
Our experience was very good on a busy bank holiday made even better by the lovely staff. Thank you

Food was excellent. Service even better. Staff so polite and friendly. Couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. Think we’ve just found a new after work place to eat.

Went out this evening with my parents and it was incredible! I’m gluten intolerant and the allergen friendly menu is full of yummy options! I had olives to start with and there chicken and chorizo kebab 🤤 I could also eat dessert too! Recommend you go here for amazing food and a friendly experience!! Came in last week as a quick bite to eat with a friend, food was pretty good and arrived quickly and was hot!

Our server Cheryl was fantastic, she made sure our visit was stress free and any questions we had she would answer straightforward and nothing was too much trouble for us.

Atmosphere was good, everyone seemed happy and joyful which is nice to see when having a quick bite to eat.

Was my first time, so didn't know what to expect. The food was amazing with lovely varied choices, the atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for children. The table service and staff were very polite, helpful and went above
and beyond there job. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again. I'm going to try the lunch menu too and can't wait to visit and sit in the garden. Definitely a 5* from me.

What a beautiful pub/restaurant!
I hadn't been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I just popped in for my morning coffee but will definitely go back and try the food.
I would recommend it to friends and family.

Came today for a few drinks in the garden as the sun was out! Parked good, walked in served straight away, ordered food via the QR code and it came within 10 minutes! Perfect local pub

Staff are lovely. Friendly and happy to serve us. But i think they are too busy. Our table wasn't cleared. No reflection on the staff they were on the go all the time. Also limited wine list. But we will be back. Chicken tenders are the best xx

Dropped in by chance, first impressions were lovely, modern decor with a romantic/homely feel. Nice smile from staff as we were shown to the table. Menu actually had me struggling to choose, not overly full, yet exciting choices. Went with the arancini which came with an amazing tomato chutney, clearly made on site. Mains I had leek and potato pie, where the green beans and mangetout were actually sweet. Mark who served us, was pleasant, friendly, knew his menu and the wines in the bar, it was a refreshing reminder of how service especially in the food industry should be done, with a menu to add the knockout. Will absolutely be back, where I’m excited to try other menu options…should mention vegetarian, with enough choice to keep me satisfied. Well done fields, please continue with your great work, see you all soon.

Myself and friend went for a last minute lunch, we didn't book. On arrival, we were greeted by a lady called Cheryl who managed to get us a table. Upon seating us, she took our drink orders and got them to us very quickly even though it was fairly busy! She walked round with a lovely smile and it was so lovely to see that she really enjoyed her job. She chatted to us and was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we will definitely be returning.

Considering we were a party of 15 the service was great. Half our party had the roast dinner with others enjoying the signature burgers. It was nice to have our own dedicated area and to be allowed to eat at our own pace and not be rushed away. Thank you to Mark for looking after us. Will come back again

Lovely pub, great food, excellent portion sizes and great kids menus, our kids absolutely loved their food! Loved the play park outside for the little ones also. Would highly recommend!

This was the first time we popped in for ages, after not having a great experience previously…. And wow 🤩 what a different place it is now.

It looks like it has had a complete refit to a very high standard !

We grabbed a couple of menus and found a table in the bar area , they had lunch time menu so we order two courses from that.

One gammon and chips and one chilli and chips , be warned the chilli 🌶 was spicy! But very very tasty! The gammon was well cooked and came with a egg and a slice of pineapple 🍍 super quality .

The staff where attentive and the no issues in getting served at the bar.

We will definitely be revising, next time for a Sunday roast !

Well Done The Fields!

First of all, at the fields at Aylesford, there is an amazing atmosphere for a family gathering. The people were so kind and friendly which made us feel comfortable. Secondly, the food is reasonable and delicious. Thirdly, there is good space for car parking. Finally, the place is kid-friendly. Totally it's a first time and an amazing experience.

We had a lovely family meal for 15 to celebrate a big birthday. Amy was a great host, the food was delicious and hot and drinks lovely.

I visited with my stepdaughter and grandson last night. We had a lovely time - the service was so good and the guy who served us was so friendly and accommodating. He was great with our little 2 year old. Food was good - macaroni cheese from the children's menu, really nice caesar salad and a curry too. Very reasonably priced! Thank you. We will be back!
