I've been after a pair of these for a while to use with my Asus Rog Ally. AWD-IT had them at a great price with free delivery. Arrived quickly and the unboxing was very nice, had some charge in so I could try them immediately. very quick and easy to pair to my Ally, very comfortable to use and the sound is so clear !
They simply charge by placing them back in the provided case, absolutely stunning !!!

I was very worried about buying from awd it as never heard of them before (seeing some bad reviews and mostly good reviews) only major ones I know of likes Scan, Overclockers, pc specialists however due to they are over charging ridiculous amount of money I went with AWD.

I don't understand why I was worried for at all, PC came earlier than expecting for least 2 weeks but came week after and dam I love it. The wire management is best I've ever seen before. Looks really neat and tidy and done a wicked job. And if I built the system myself it would cost near enough the same and even hiring a local pc builder would of costed more! Well worth the money
Only had it for few hours and already tried my favourite game which is path of exile and is running buttery smooth

Only negative (not really negative lol) is that it comes with windows 10, so if you want the latest and the greatest aka windows 11 you'd have to install it by USB which I did.

overall very happy chap, would come here again if ever need to buy new system.

Edit : 01/03/24 PC runs like a dream still, when I first received the pc I was wondering how to change the RGB colours on their own PC case and instead of a reset switch, it changes the colour. Everything still works, people who seem to have trouble with PCs it's because they don't upgrade the components, e.g there was an option of bronze 650w PSU I upgraded mine to Gold and certain NVME ssd drives have QLC which is worser than TLC, QLC = won't last as long. Before buying PC least do some research into it. I'm very pleased with the PC on reddit few posts saying don't go with awd it! they scamm! however my pc still works and if i went to someone else they put extra £300-£400 on top in the future in 6 years or so when i need to buy new system i'm going with awd.

After recently ordering a PC from AWD, I don't think i'll be going anywhere else in future. Despite delays due to the Christmas period creating a backlog, staff not only worked through the weekend to combat this but were in communication with me every step of the way. When parts needed swapping out, they offered alternative options and explained each possibility thoroughly. And last but not least, I can only assume they upgraded my shipping as it was here within 2 days of it being shipped; rather than the standard 4-5.

Extremely happy with my investment and experience with AWD-IT. After getting frustrated with my struggling 1080 I went to have a browse after a friend purchased a build from this company a week prior. The choice was vast but not too vast to the point where your bogged down with too many choices especially since I wasnt sure what i wanted.

The site itself is very easy to navigate and comparing builds was quite easy, everything is priced in the options and its all upfront (unlike other specialist site). I did have a minor issue with my bank card not being accepted but linking through pay pal ressolved this.

Once I found my build i was saddened to see the white case i wanted was out of stock so I emailed just to check, in the mean time I decided to just go with the standard. The following day I had a reply stating they did have 1 and if i was happy they would ammend my order.

4 days later DPD delivered as stated on the tracking info, everything was in tip top shape, all the boxes,extras and packaging was excellenty put together.

It was pretty much plug and play from the get go.

I really wish I went with AWD 5 years ago on my last build which was overpriced and not very well made. Both myslef and my friend have had zero issues since buying and highly reccomend this company for thier proffesional service and the price was brilliant. Will be returing again for my next build.

Near absolute perfection. I order a motherboard, CPU bundle [MSI MAG B550 with Ryzen 7 5700X] Free delivery, the bundle was 12 quid cheaper than any competitor & this being my second order from AWD I knew they would deliver. Communication & CS was spot on even before I ordered they answered my question with ease.

Website can be a tad glitchy at times and the lack of filters or filters not showing what I selected did get annoying.

Items came well packaged & prompt, well tracked with good auto emails updates.
A slight grip was the CPU was a tad finger printed but I soon remedied that with a little IPA & kitchen roll, I had a pre-applied thermal paste on my new cooler so everything had to be clean.

I would note you don't get the CPU retail box, sticker etc when you buy a bundle deal but the savings out weigh any retail packaging anyway.

My new build is looking good in my 4000D, purring like a kitten at idle temps of 32 degs. Well happy, I would consider AWD-IT for any future purchases.

I purchased a Pre-Built last year at Christmas and it had been amazing. I have been doing some modifications to it such as more ram and a new GPU and they have been great helping me do that. After also having boot issues their customer service fixed it within a day. Definitely the best customer service I have ever seen in a company, also being able to receive support in their discord server is a massive help. Such a good company.

Ordered a PC from these guys recently. Fairly priced, excellent cable management and superb packaging, was slightly worried it would arrive damaged however, that was not the case whatsoever. Also provided me with all the boxes to the components incase I ever decide to resell them in the future which I thought was an awesome touch.

The motherboard I ordered had a supply issue however, customer service called me up immediately to get this resolved offering me an identical spec motherboard instead which I was very happy with.

Service was excellent, spoke to them on Discord and they changed the options available to tailor my order. PC looks spot on. Cable management is excellent, thermals on PC are excellent. Would highly recommend (will by mynext pc is a few years from here)

My son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas (it was all he asked for). After searching I came across AWD and as we didn't really know how much we would need to pay etc, I knew a minimum spec that I needed but I didn't know what components we would need. I emailed and enquired and after several emails and lots of help (and probably some stupid questions on my part 🤦‍♀), we decided on a full gaming set up to be built. I placed my order and it arrived in the expected time. It was packaged really well. We set it up on Christmas day, we did have a issue with the monitor not coming on but managed to sort it. My son was over the moon with it as he had wanted a specific game that he could now finally play. We did have another issue with the sound, as my son's headset wouldn't work, I emailed again and got some help with how to sort it, unfortunately his headset still didn't work, but I brought some speakers and they work great. I would definitely recommend AWD, they were really helpful and very knowledgeable.

I can't give better praise to AWD-IT for their exceptional customer service. After returning my PC for repair, I expected to be told I would have to wait several weeks. However Adrian (I hope I remembered that correctly) quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and kept me updated the entire time. I went back home the same day with my repaired PC. That's exceptional customer service I will definitely be shopping again.

good delivery time - 6 days from order. nice packaging. did have a minor panic when I couldn’t find the power cable, but all was good as it found it in one of the boxes within!! cheers AWD-IT, a great first buy for an anxious spender!! :))

I ordered a Motherboard (Asus Prime B550M-K) and CPU (Ryzen 5 5600G) bundle from AWD IT on Christmas Eve 2023 and due to it being the holidays, the bundle was never worked on until 27th December 2023, which was the next working day.

I didn't really have any communication in regards to the build or process of my order until I chased via their online live chat system, in which I was told that due to my order not being a full PC build it was put on the back burner.

This however was soon rectified by the team and was built and shipped the next day with delivery today, 29th December 2023.

Upon arrival it was neatly and securely packaged with bubble wrap and the CPU and cooler were in place ready to put into my case.

The build was very easy, as the hard part of inserting the CPU and trying not to damage it was already done, so top marks for this.

However, upon booting the system I noticed within BIOS that the BIOS version was 2803 which is not the latest, because the latest version is 3402.

XMP / DOCP (for AMD) was not enabled from AWD IT because I didn't buy RAM from them as I already had my own.

Apart from the little issue with the BIOS being out of date, everything else has seems to be fine. Highly recommend and will be using them again, just not during a busy time like Christmas.

Bought a prebuild for a good price. It was one of their more premium packages coming in at over 2k

Temps all fine, cable management good, packaging good.

Was worried at some reviews I read but I assume they have upped their game lately (i don't know what they were like in the past)

One thing to note is they package the GPU seperately, so make sure you have a screwdriver and its pretty much just plug it into a slot, not difficult at all.

As far as time goes, be aware that they don't count saturdays and sundays.

Estimate build time was 4-5 days, they completed it on the 5th day. They also said that it would be 5-6 days delivery, but it arrived with in 2 days of completion for 7 days total from ordering to receiving.

I think they add that into the build time for gaming pcs, so its 5-6 days total, rather than 9-11 days total.

Pc runs well, benches well, is quiet, everything perfect condition, never had to contact customer service once so I can't comment on that, but overall I am very happy with my order praise the company and who ever built this beautiful machine.

Purchased a barebones system and didnt quite get it right in the assembly - my mistake. Used the wrong power unit. The support has been amazing and I am so grateful. The people at AWD are all so friendly and helpful and I cant thank them enough. They are a very genuine and caring business and I would recommend and support them 100%. My PC is now running all games on the ultra settings and it has cost me less than £700. Amazing
