The staff are really helpful and friendly. The food on the whole is very good.The customer service is spot on.The stores are lovely and clean.You are in and out quite quickly.

5 star treatment from a gentleman at Aldi. Went in to ask about an item that was not on display. Gentleman said it was out of stock. The gentleman then caught me as I was about to leave and informed me a delivery had just arrived on the bay. He personally took my trolley and got the items for me and brought them to me in the shop (after it was processed off the truck). If it weren't for the customer service and contientiousness of this gentleman, then I would've had a very cold night. Thank you again for your kind and contientious service. You are a credit to Aldi !

Excellent store with quality products at low prices. There is a good selection of superb wines.

A very nicely set out store have visited before and have never come away empty-handed. On this occasion, I couldn't find something, and a member of staff checked and looked for us. Unfortunately, it was not available but thanked staff member for assisting very pleasant member of staff. Also, I couldn't find the price of an item, and a different staff member checked for us and so I purchased my five items and was very pleased with my purchases. Would recommend visiting.

This Aldi is very conveniently located for those that live in Kidsgrove/ Talke area. They stocked everything that I needed and is a great alternative to Tesco, especially on price.

They are Aldi, cheap, good value, decent products. What were you expecting from a review? If you are reading this, you are either upper or middle class who has never been (you should go and pronounce it aallldi) or you have too much time on your hands and you are bored (if this is the case feel free to do some work on my garden thet seems needier than an out of work celebrity). Shop there and save money. it's not rocket science (have you ever wondered what Nassa scientists say when referring to something they find simple). So you are still reading, really? God, I would have given up ages ago, I'm only writing this because I'm away on a four day training course, on my own, not being funny the mid week TV is awful. It's times like these I wish I had some kind of superpower, like not reading pointless, overly long reviews of supermarkets. Go and make a cup of tea, and treat yourself to a biscuit or two. You know you want to.

Aldi Kidsgrove are always great value and speedy service. Staff were particularly helpful and upbeat when I thought I had mislaid my wallet on my last visit!
I regularly observe the staff working really hard and yet delivering outstanding customer service.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when you ask for help. I even have had a member of the team who saw me having trouble breathing come out to me and helped me with loading my shopping into the car. A big thank you to all the people who work there.

BEST ALDI I'VE EVER BEEN. Clean. Lots of space. No long queues at the checkouts. All the staff seemed genuinely happy and great staff at the till we used. Other Aldi stores need to mark themselves against this one. Great job. Very relaxed shopping experience.

Normally well stocked, often busy, sometimes hard to find a child space. Normally neat and tidy.

Great supermarket clean .As its Aldi its value for money,Bargains too... we actually drive from fenton to Kidsgrove too this Aldi store...Today though when we were in the supermarket someone hit our car with a trolley and left a scrape in scratches all down the side of our black car so very disappointed in who did this as its a mess 😐so infuture well park away from the front of the shop actually outside there office must state this is not aldi fault at all I will still shop there as its a very good place.

What can I say bout buying a basket half full of aldi items.. it is what it is you go in and come out with more items than you wanted.
