It's better to shop here because it value for money and it comes with free car park that's great because there's a lot off red line everywhere

Everything all in one place plenty of goods in the shop something for everyone staff are helpful

I love the B&M at Burslem. All similar category items are placed in the same isle unlike most of the other big local B&Ms where it is scattered throughout the store. Always up to date with sale offers and all items priced up

One of my favourite shops everything you need food and household wise. Staff pleasant and friendly.

Very good, bright, large store. Loads of fantastic offer's and extremely affordable. Never understood anyone paying over the odds for the same things you can buy here. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's loads of parking but it never gets packed. Would highly recommend a visit.

Been to one been to them all, one stop house, home & garden store but good for those bits & bobs you forgot to get.

It's a pleasure to shop there, staff are friendly, good atmosphere. Nearly always have what I need. The only down side is a have brought some pet flea treatment 3 per pkt. Only to get home to find there is nothing in the box. So I have to go back to the store again tomorrow. Not happy.

Great shop more or less everything you want under one roof never had a bad experience whilst shopping here and very good quality and prices

Good prices - Christmas chocolates are really good. Certain things are more expensive than what the big supermarkets are offering at this time of year. Nice wide aisles. Got served quickly. Plenty of stock out. Nice tidy appearance on shop floor. Staff around if required.

one of the better B+M stores. large store with a very large selection of goods from food to whatever takes your fancy, a browsers paradise and to top it all loads of really good bargains. staff friendly and well informed. seasonal products. one minor issue is the large free car park which if you do not know how to get to can be a head scratcher but overall well earned five stars

Friendly staff, very clean and tidy store, always very well stocked.

Staff are most helpful, allways give you the time to walk you to what you are looking for, some big name stores just point and say 7th isle along not knowing I may of left my glasses at home and cant see tge isle 7 sign.

Great selection of stock at a great price.

Ideal for the quick shop needing anything from basic food stuffs to simple DIY items.

I also always get my laminate flooring from here. Stock and price put it as my go to above most of the bigger DIY stores.

The service is good Staff are friendly. l like the fact that you can get almost everything you need from groceries to house hold including garden items.

I love this store the staff are friendly and an never do enough for you always going the extra mile its smaller than most B&Mstores but that's what I like it holds the majority of stock you need and now it's having a refurbishment its going to look fab and have a bit more stock so we'll done get yourselves down and take a look
