Very cool shop. Good assortment and very high quality items. Great selection of wine and cheeses. There are self-service checkouts. There are lots of interesting products. Fun sauces. Very good quality fruit. Very conveniently made car park, when it rains you don't get wet. Everything for people

Staff were really pleasant & helpful, when choosing a new suit. In the men's clothing section. Nothing was to much trouble very happy with my purchase. A special mention to the two Ladies, at the checkout. I wasn't feeling too well. Took time to make sure I was okay after offering me a cup of water. Over all a very nice store, with plenty of choice for all ages. Would certainly recommend M&S to anyone... Steve B

Had a lovely visit here to the menswear section for suits for my sons wedding. Booker a 1 hour slot for a group fitting and Roger was great and helped with suggestions and finding the right sizes. Thoroughly pleasant experience.

Liz and Lorraine from Newcastle-under-Lyme store just gave us the most nicest experience we have ever! had shopping especially with our 3 month old, we went in with a gift card that didn't seem to be like an ordinary gift card instead of making us feel like we just had to pay and leave they both helped me and my partner on our phone so we could redeem the money, these women were both so lovely and understanding it was customer service and more to us thank you both very much for your help.

Love visiting here, always has lovely women's clothing, lingerie and kidswear, has a good size food hall too and the food is always fresh and tasty

Love everything about Marks and Spencer. Clothes food. But pricy with some stuff, but you get the quality.

Food hall is big, love the clothes range. Cafe selection and service is great.

Largest M&S I have ever been to,it's got furniture, food hall,cafe..did part of my Christmas shopping there.

Clean tidy store, has everything you need and if not they will order it for you. They have a huge selection of fresh food. The staff are very helpful.

Fabulous store ! Staff are helpful and friendly. Outstanding customer service received yesterday by a lady named Tracey who was on the tills near menswear. Tracey was courteous and so very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me find an item in store. Thankyou , it was much appreciated 🙂

Great produce at reasonable prices and pleasant and helpful staff.

After initially meeting resistance for an impromptu bra fitting, I found myself again as a chronically ill person who looks ok, having to explain intimate details about myself to get help but I had to say how wonderful the young lady was who took pity on me and finally helped me, she had dark hair up in a bun, a beige jacket and a tape measure around her neck, I wish I remembered her name but she knows who she is, she was so kind, and helpful I was totally blown away, today lovely lady you made a massive difference to me x

I love the bulk food dispenser, we got basmati rice with almost no packaging. Staff are a bit odd though.

Just picked up the orange chocolate torte, double cream slid off her like cream off a ducks back.

Great texture, depth and flavour.

An extensive store with lots of parking that does get busy at peak times because it's such a great shop; the road works at the bottom that are out of their control can impact when leaving. I had a little trouble at the check out on the 10th March but Paul the store manager resolved it with aplomb; thanks once again Paul.

As a suggestion perhaps the checkouts need bar code readers pointing towards the customer; that will improve the experience I'm sure when using loyalty cards etc.
