Thank you to staff member Brandon for putting the gravel I purchased into my car, very good customer service, also young lady at the till was very helpful and pleasant.

Good selection of stock need more tills open though would make more sales

Sasha was extremely helpful for me today and went above and beyond to help me what an amazing member of staff you have on your team. The floor staff are also very friendly they are bubbly and cheerful. Several said hello to me on passing what a team u have.

Friendly staff and a large variety of reasonably priced items. Always worth a look if I'm after homewares, but I usually come out with a lot more than I'd planned!

This is my favourite store. It always has a good selection of products in store. The staff are always happy to help when you can't find something.

Only went in for salmon oil but came out with a trolley load

Wonderful experience today... My son dropped his pocket money at the Cannock store. He was upset. One of the Staff found it and Informed me at the till it had been checked on the CCTV that he'd missed his pocket and dropped on the floor. Very grateful to them.

Bright, clean and neat store.

Aisles are decently wide and relatively uncluttered. Easy to navigate with a wheelchair, pushchair or other space requiring items.

Good selection of stock. A surprising amount fitted in to a relatively small space for a B&M.

Convenient location. Right next to the train station, bus interchange and a large shared carpark. Town centre is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Proper disabled parking bays where you can get out of both sides of your car. Thank you. Packed full of goodies to buy. A very wide range of stock. It does feel a bit 'warehousey' due to size and design but still a great shop.

1st visit since store opened because of Covid. Great store, well laid out with a massive amount of stock. We could easily do our normal grocery shop there, though not the speciality items. Will be back soon. Light and airy a pleasure to walk around.

Visited here today and I couldn't find the product that my daughter had asked for so I rung her and explained they had none in store. A employer called Paul overheard my phone conversation then went and found the product and brought it to me. Excellent customer service and a asset to your company. Thank you Paul :)

Good selection got what I needed, although still can't get my usual dog food. Friendly staff. I do love this place.

Always a good place to shop and shelves are full of a variety of products. Clean spacious Isles and staff are generally friendly. Good prices also.

I like the new clean store it's a pleasure to go in after the old one. Also the prices are good on many different products. Staff very helpful and some have many years experience in retail to help anyone.

They have moved to Victoria shopping centre by Tesco, and it seems to be the best store that has been there so far. The layout is compact but there is a huge range, also the lighting is effective so no dark corners. It's well worth going here and making the staff work really hard it will help stop Hednesford from becoming derelict.

Looks small from the outside but like a TARDIS once you go in. Great selection of goods from grocery to hardware and garden products. Keen prices and very good choice.
