Was served by a really nice young lady who was so helpful. I wish all young people who work in shops had a friendly service with a smile because it doesn't cost anything to smile & be friendly. She helped us with the dryer & she gave us alot of information we needed. 😊

Superb store with even better staff. One point though, after taking my laptop in for repair and waiting for just over 2 hours, I was fined for overstay on the car park. I know this is nothing to do with curry’s but it would be great if staff could remind customers of the limit.
Well done though, great service.

Went in for a TV. Was much better than looking online. Was served by Dylan at the counter. He was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. Ended up leaving with a better television for our needs upon speaking to him. Not usually one to leave reviews, but he deserves some recognition :)

Great customer service, professional. Had a problem with online orders, that could not be sorted over the phone, the team in store have helped me to sort it out.

Went to Wolverhampton branch to purchase a new vacuum with my uncle. As we were looking to purchase shark brand. We were approached by a man in a black shirt. Who showed us an upright vacuum cleaner which we were very impressed with. He seemed knowledgeable and very professional and walked out with a Dyson vacuum instead. When asked he said his names was Pritesh.

Easy enough to shop at Curry's, I've never ever had a problem shopping with them but I hear they don't have the best return / exchange policy. I may be wrong though as I have never had this issue myself.

Didnt have what I wanted at first and just at the right time after receiving recommendation got the product and the store assistant was very helpful and explain what was available which was good and got what I wanted which I am thankful for. Would just research on the product first and check in store to see it face value than online which I can say I happy with the services in Curry better to get on sale.

Layout has been updated to host a large range of products. Conveniently short walk from city centre with free (timed, customer only) parking.

Went into my local store yesterday looking for a TV with my partner...when the biggest fake gangster came in demanding a TV to be taken to the till...the sales assistant Gus was serving me at the time.....part time gangster demanded Gus to bring his TV to the till...Gus replied...im sorry but I'm with a customer...part time gangster didn't like that....he started shouting...threatening...I'll find out where you live.....what an idiot....Gus you handled it very well...commendable...well done.....and the idiot didn't get tv....professional well done....

I should have taken the name of the guy who helped me, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't buy anything as they don't hold this particular thing in stock so it needs ordering online but he gave me everything I needed to know. Very happy

Had to return a faulty TV after about 8 days of having it. After asking the manager, Paul, to assist his junior colleague in accepting the return, he readily asked another colleague, Bob, with more technical knowledge on the issue to discuss the fault with me, and after a short conversation I was on my way with a new TV. Very friendly on all levels, and I felt there was great personal service. My constructive feedback would be that junior colleagues unfamiliar with particular technical faults ought to be more comfortable in referring up the chain when they are unsure. Thanks again. The new TV is so far amazing.

Went in for a chest freezer. Tbf I'd researched it online and knew what I wanted. Staff were obliging and checked stock for me. Smooth transaction and pleasant staff; helped me to the car too. Best price for what I wanted too so happy all round and highly recommended.
