Great experience. Was looking for specific products and with the help of Henry we were able to get all the information that we needed. Henry has a great customer presence. He was friendly and professional. He helped us with opening the product and making sure we had all the adaptors and then proceeded to help us find where we could get the additional adaptor. Thank you for the great experience.

I was attended to promptly. The Young assistant was very helpful and efficient. They had a suitable Samsung Tablet in stock.

Didn't buy anything this visit. Pricing up American Fridge Freezers for our new kitchen. Weren't disappointed with the range and veriety and we selected what we need. The kitchen appliances are located on the top floor which was made accessible by means of a lift. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I needed charger bits for use with a toothbrush, mobile and fitbit- type watch. The manager was adept at ensuring customers weren't kept waiting including me. In fact he helped me. Alas when I got home the purchases weren't compatible with 2 of the 3 gadgets. Again the manager worked swiftly to help customers and he helped me find what I needed. Thus I returned ' a happy bunny'.

Went in to return a Macafee security pack that was faulty. The staff were really helpful and cheerful. Can't fault the service really pleased.

Staff were helpful when we knew what we wanted but just needed to clarify whether info could be transferred from old laptop to new.

I've had problems with my data access, I went into Currys, where I got my phone 3 years ago and spoke to a very helpful assistant, Nick?, I explained my problem and he went through my phone and closed things that would drain my data, I thought I might have to upgrade my package, but hopefully this might not be the case, I just have to keep an eye on what happens over the coming month, if all goes well, then I can stay with what I have. Thankyou so much, from someone who finds technology very daunting.

We ordered an induction hob with the help of a very helpful member of staff. The installation was delayed by a week but the fitters were efficient, tidy and informative. Love my induction hob. All in all 100% pleased with everything.
