Pets at Home Fareham

I came here to get some kitten supplies for our new baby! They had everything I needed and more at a good price. We already have a cat so regularly use Pets at Home. Although I was unaware of the membership features. The Gentleman who served me was very polite and walked me through the entire process, explaining how it worked and therefore what I was entitled to! I ended up saving a good bit of money at the checkout and now I have access to plenty of vouchers and discounts! Was very impressed with the customer service!

Small but well let's store with everything you need and knowledgeable staff

I find very quickly what I want or rather what my cat wants and there's no queue to pay. There's a wide choice of foods for pets and gadgets and equipment of all kinds. Perfect.

I went in yesterday looking for something small enough for my little Gremlin for when he is in the car, the staff are so friendly and helpful! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me as he was so informative and happy to help. We left with 2 beds, several toys and lots of new tasty treats to try. The bunny bed has been accepted into the family by Gizmo 😊 Also, the support from the gentleman when it came to helping me set up the VIP app was brilliant, I wouldn't of had my free bag of food or 20% off if he'd not of been there so I really can't complain about my visit, will certainly go back next time I am in the area!

The young lady with dark red hair was absolutely brilliant. She knew what she was talking about and was just so helpful. ( She needs promotion 👍🏻👍🏻)
Well we brought a hamster for my daughter and she's made up. Got the cage ( which I was pleasantly surprised at the price, very reasonable ) all the bedding, food, toys ect.
I'd recommend this store 💯% to everyone.

Really good store, friendly staff, helpful good stock or can get delivered to store, vets at rear really good. They look after James & Oliver really well.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely staff at Fareham pets at home groom room…. Stanley was given six months to live with cancer 3 years ago & is still going strong, he has many, many lumps and bumps some the size of tennis balls but the fabulous team take amazing gentle care of him every visit so he returns clean happy & full of beans……
Would 100% recommend a visit 🤗🤗🤗🤣

You always get a warm welcome from friendly staff. There's a good range of pet supplies, and our dog loves the girls in the Groom Room!

So friendly and helpfull proper animal people as you would expect and an onsite vet joined there VIP club lots of discounts for our new puppy 🐶 and very inportant member of the family and if you give a wag of the tail you just might get a treat 2 👍

My local Pets at Home, have visited countless times. Always friendly and helpful service from the staff, good selection of products and the store is always clean and tidy. I appreciate how the staff pay extra attention to the furry customers, nice to know they are always welcome and often get a little treat!

Really enjoyable visit to this new store. Friendly and helpful, everyone was very welcoming. Highly recommended and all the staff are wonderful. Holly was also great at recommending the best treats for my dog!

Bought 2x 80 packs of cat food and on collecting the young chap offered to carry them to the car for me… I’m only 56 but it was a very nice gesture, much appreciated! 😀

Always a friendly experience. Lost our dear old Choccy Lab, Howard Moon, in December 2022... Could not have treated him, and us, any better at that trying time...

Also the lady with short hair blonde/brown at the desk at groom's part is so helpful and friendly.
Wish I got her name, she gave so much information about pet insurance for our new puppy went above and beyond to help, and got a free fridge magnet 😆
She is a credit to the store!
