Tesco Extra

Very easy store to steal goods. Over the last 6 months £306,000 of stock was taken and NOT paid for!!!! and yet the store manager rolls out the red carpet for these thieves by cutting back staff, and replacing them with self check out tills, and leaving all exits open for thieves to walk-out unchallenged. The security staff at the door, is usually a migrant worker who can't speak english, and if an alarm does go off through the exit security screen it may distract him from playing on his phone. This store, under this management deserves all the stock that is stolen from them, simply because they are an incompetent shower.

Always shop here when we come back to England. This store provides a massive selection of food and other products. There is a massive car park and a petrol station. There are sometimes problems with traffic getting in and out of the store as it is situated near to a motorway junction. Good beer selection.

Shopping at Tesco Bursledon this morning and the staff seeing me in my wheelchair could not have been more helpful getting items off the higher shelves without having to be asked. In particular there was Dave working in the car park who helped me put my wheelchair back in the car without having to be asked. Just saw me struggling a bit and just came over and did it for me. Excellent experience today at this store.

Big Tesco, with a fuel pump, a Tesco cafe and a Greggs

Just had a lovely breakfast at the cafe, cheerful staff. Nice to see. My local Tesco cafe is not very nice food and the staff are miserable. So this was a pleasant change.

Huge store, lots to choose from. Tesco Mobile in store with very helpful staff but everything from school supplies to your weekly food shop. Downside is that they get busy purely because it’s such a vast supermarket as most local people would know. Avoid rush hour times as the traffic builds up from the main roundabout

Great store with everything you need. Really enjoyed the waffles with yogurt and granola from the cafe. All the food was great value for money. One of the better tescos in the country definitely.

I love Tesco. I started shopping in their 2 local shops, Bursledon and Fareham because of the range of items you could get there and specially Fareham where their prices are so competitive. Nothing has changed for me. Sometimes their prices are not as competitive as other stores. Bursledon Tesco sells continental cheeses cheaper and they happen to be my favourites. So I returned on a couple of occasions and was delighted to see that the store is even competing with their Fareham store.

Does what it does. Value for money, variety, and good quality.

We have a lovely lady we do a click n collect from on a monday we're regulars at this point and its always nice to say hi. The store is huge with upstairs selling kitchen electricals and clothes for adults and children, theres even a cafe. The tescos value section is well stocked and good quality. U may have to figure out all the names as meat is one thing and chocolate is another (Mollys is the chocolate) highly recomend.

Staff I've come accross are always helpful and friendly. Shelves are always stocked and good selection. Wait times aren't too bad.
Toilet facilities, with disabled and baby changing.
Petrol/diesel station on site with either pay at pump or pop into their mini store. A self car wash and air/water/screenwash.
The only downside is the system to exit the site, you can spend up to a good half hour on busy days! (Please can a alternative exit be considered!)

I can check prices as I go and it tots up the bill on the way. Easy checkout with less queuing and often no queue at all. Shopping is bagged as I go which save time later. Alcohol and security tags slow things down if it's busy. Overall, a much more convenient way to shop.

I used click & collect. There was no queue and no fuss, the groceries were ready for me when I turned up, and social distancing protocol was observed. My only quibble is that the bananas I bought were already past their best.

Always a great shopping experience, wide range of products, and not too busy, the car park is very large and unless you are a parent with kids or blue badge holder, then it's quite a walk from the car. Staff are helpful.

A regular shopper and I find the store well stocked at all times. What I really wanted to tell everyone I ordered a Christmas meal for two from their pre-booked orders as we are away in our motorhome. I would like to thank Tesco very much this meal was amazing and it only cost £35. I'm a very good cook and i could not fault this meal and even better not much washing up required either. Next year try it you won't be disappointed. Well done Tesco and thank you.
