TGI Fridays - Fareham

Haven't been to TGI'S for years, I'll be totally honest it felt like the good old days again!

It was a Monday, the restaurant was busy and a great atmosphere all round.

But the food was superb, again like the glory days of this golden favourite, but most of all the service was exceptional! Our waitress was really, really welcoming and looked after us all night.

I will definitely be coming back soon. Can't beat nostalgia when it's this good.

Lovely decor on the in and outside of the restaurant, we were greeted and sat promptly! We both enjoyed our meals, I had the franks red-hot chicken burger but in all honesty I was a little disappointed due to the lack of Franks red-hot...I would expect either the chicken to be seasoned with it or sauce in the burger but it was just a few pieces skewered on top [which were still nice of course]. My partner had the mixed grill, it was nice but unfortunately the chicken was pretty bland, the steak was very thin and although he asked for it medium-rare it came out well done, Also the bacon chop was overly fatty. Perhaps quantity over quality with this dish?

Overall the food and service was very lovely and we would definitely come again!

Yummy food. Quick friendly service. A no show delivery meant a few items from the menu were not available. Staff handled this very well offering alternative options. First time at a TGIs for me.. won't be the last ☺

Celebrated here for a pre bday meal with a few friends, we all choice to have a free cocktail via the TGI Friday Apt( up to 6 people) as was a offer for being my birthday which I thought was very generous going by the average price of them at around £14/15 each, food was quite timely considering how busy they were and everyone enjoyed there meals, I had the steak& frites with a choice of sauces , mushrooms , tomatoes, at the end the staff came out with a piece of birthday cake for me lit with a candle and sang me "happy birthday" which I thought was a very nice gesture indeed, would definitely recommend & will be coming back.

Incredible service provided by the TGI Fridays team - especially Lebanie, our waitress, who went above and beyond for our table. The birthday card and flowers were a lovely touch. So compassionate for our bereavement. Thank you xx

Excellent food and some good deals running currently. Kids loved the theme and there is a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails and refillable soft drinks went for 2 different parties recently staff were great

Me and my family dinned here at on the 17th October 2023 to celebrate my 17th Birthday. I wanted to write a review regarding the exquisite experience.
The food here was absolutley delicious (I ordered some double wopa burger and it was very tatsy with onion rings as a side. We decided to not have a starter and to have a main course and a desert if we fancied later on). The food was presented beautifuuly on the plate with the burger delicately stacked and set next to a substantial cup of chips. It also came with a T.G.I Fridays home made jack danials sauce. It was like dipping the fries into a small pot of paradise for the mouth and gave an excelent finish to the meal. The onion rings were impressively huge and were lovely also. We had brought a Bday cake with us and so we decided not to have a dessert which the staff were absolutely fine with.
As a waiter and Barman myself I understand the stress, struggles and effort people put in to make sure that the customers were satasfied. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming who was called vicky (I think thats how it was spelt). She gave us regular check backs to ensure we were happy with the food and if we needed anything. After ordering drinks she had brought them over to the table rapidly and proffesionaly. (We each had non-alcoholic cocktalis). After the meal she brought out my Bday cake out of its box and on its stand. Candles were put ontop and lit. She requested that I stand up and made an announcement to other customers at the restaurant to wish me a happy Bday. It was great to see how much emthusiasm and effort Vicky had put into making our evening out as best as it could be and succeedd very well. Because of her outstanding extent of effort we decided to offer her a slice of the cake to have with a tea or something later on. She was very greatful and deserved it.
We wanted to have a coffee each to round off the lovely evening but the coffee machine was broken :( Out of Vicky's kindness, she gave us free Nescafe coffee in a cup fro free :)
We left the restaurant with satafaction and made our day. Thanks a lot and will be most deffinitely be visiting again ;)

Great food as with any TGI you visit and again as with every TGI I have been to the staff were great (and fun). Love this place, though it’s pretty unhealthy (but delicious) food so I don’t get to go here too often.

Great American fayre with amazing cocktails and mocktails, free soft drink refills. Chicken strips and meat dishes all excellent. Good for groups and families with an outdoor terrace

Had our staff Christmas party here and the staff were amazing, big shout out to Tilly our server, she did an amazing job looking after us!

Had an amazing experience and the meals were all cooked beautifully. Went out for son's birthday treated great by all staff and were very attentive to our needs. Very clean and tidy venue, wc all to high standards. Staff polite and helpful. Great choice of beverages and a large choice on main and kids menus something for even the pickiest of eaters. Music was in keeping with ambience. Would recommend a visit. ££

Much nicer than any TGIs where we live! Food tasted much better for some reason. Oreo milkshakes were incredible! Chay was so attentive and friendly. Couldn't of wished for a better server. He's a real credit to you

Staff are so nice welcoming had a very nice time food is good like to see more choices on the menu

It was the first time I've ever visited. On a business trip all the way down Southampton from Newcastle.

My Mum and I were down visiting family when we decided to come in to TGI’s Fareham to finish our evening. Chay, our server, was extremely kind and attentive during our entire visit. Despite me nearly leaving my bag behind, he immediately noticed and returned it to me just before I left.

A really positive experience with wonderful, friendly staff!

Came here on a Friday evening and the place was buzzing. We booked beforehand which you should do especially at weekends. It was busy, got shown to our table. Ordered drinks, the waiter was very friendly and arrived quickly. Ordered our food, had the chicken wings, garlic bread for starters 😋 they were very tasty. Then had the wagu burger and chips, pasta with chicken and some hullumi sticks. Everything was really tasty. Service was excellent. Definitely need to come back again.

Had a lovely 60th Birthday meal here with my lovely wife. Beth and the team were awesome. All Sang happy birthday. It was that moving it Brought me to tears. Can't thank Beth and team enough. They all made an old man very happy. Take care and keep safe . Food is great too. Steak was done to perfection.. xx
