Absolutely amazing after care service, been disabled find it very difficult with technology, My son checked my O2 account and they didn't add the virgin Media bolt double Data on to my upgrade, so I spoke to Tom and explained my situation, well mannered service and help me in the right direction, I didn't not expect that level of customer service, I hope he will be recognized by the company for going above and beyond their job roles. And also Dan who helped me with my upgrading my new phone and what I needed from the phone. Amazing team at O2 Wolverhampton store.

I went with a disabled friend into the O2 shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon, and the assistant called Dan went the extra mile to assist my friend in getting a new phone and setting it up for him. Dan was so helpful and understanding of my friend's difficulties and put his mind at rest. Thank you Dan.

Had problem with transferring data from old Samsung (O2) to new Samsung (O2), managed to transfer some data myself with Samsung Smart Switch but WhatsApp would not transfer, Rema And her male colleague were fantastic and performed the trasfer for us, excellent service, great staff, highly recommend them at Wolverhampton O2, thank you.

Shop looks very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. A queue was forming as they were busy but there was nice music in the back ground and someone was avaliable to answer simple Questions to avoid you waiting in the Queue unnecessarily

Looks good as you walk through the door. Plenty of phones and tablet's on display Well set up. Helpful staff. Plastic protection barriers on each desk.

On my two random visits to the o2 Store Wolverhampton, staff have been very helpful, friendly and patient. For advice, knowledge, service and friendliness, I will continue to use o2 Wolverhampton for all my phone services and queries. All staff are extremely friendly here, and many thanks in particular to Baz and Vashti, who spent significant time to sort exactly what I needed.

I find 02 in general to be very customer friendly.

Jeeves! This man is an exceptional man. I suffer with panic attacks especially socially. Not only did he rectify my issue with my SIM he went above and beyond to do it. he could of just sent me away saying online gave me the wrong info BUT he didnt. He rectified onlines mistake and sorted me out along with 02 customer services. Little did he know that i suffer with my mental health and his extra help stopped a panic attack and mood change that could of landed me back into a depressive state in bed for the next 3 days. He needs some sort of reward for his exceptional help and customer skills with someone that has additional needs. Thank you Jeeves.

Extremely helpful staff unlike the the staff at The Merry Hill Shopping centre in Brieley Hill who were only interested in selling a phone. Bordering in rude & unhelpful. Wolverhampton were the exact opposte
