I accidentally left my phone in the store, and Matt the assistant manager not only rescued it, but had the smarts to use my ice contacts to let someone know. He then kept it in the safe for me. What a guy!

This retail unit is run mostly by very good staff, particularly those ladies who seem to be in charge.
Update 1y later: Thia site is still best compared to other branches in SW London.
But on last 2 visits I was particularly impressed by new guy Terry, who actually provides "perfect and complete service" to each customer! Means he takes order and straight away brings goods to customer.
Sadly all other staf members will let customers pointlesly stand in corner waiting for someone else to dispatch purchased goods.

Great little store, with all your diy needs ordered via a catalogue. They do next day delivery if they don't have stock, and have great customer service. Have made many refunds and purchases with no problem. Hope they keep it that way!

Great shop, good location, have everything you need. Pretty large parking space, just close by to the main road, so can't really kiss that. brilliant customer service always very helpful people.

Have found many items here that other DIY's do not stock.
Better than usual prices, some up to half the price!
Catalogue numbers (Argos style) and 'Click and Collect' purchase option.
Some good 'special offers' on tools.

Ordered to the wrong store. Luckily staff managed to get order moved over and we picked it all up. Jahbeen was so helpful

Great service and advice from a young man there. Took his time to help for a purchase that was relatively small in value. Not surprised people love Screwfix.

Ample easy parking. The staff at this location are always very efficient. This location seems to be used more by pros, so service is definitely more efficient than friendly. I definitely prefer this so that is a real positive for me.
