Istanbul Meze Mangal Restaurant & Shisha Lounge

We always enjoy a good dinner in this lovely restaurant. My partner and I do not eat a lot in one sitting, and we always opt to go for one main course to share with other bits on the side to keep it interesting, also because they have big portion sizes too!
Fridays and Saturdays are fun as they have a belly dancer in the evening time, plus you are able to enjoy a shisha as well.
Book a table on weekends, as is it very likely you won't get one as a walk-in customer.

Our First time going to this place.. Always wanted to go.. The food was amazing the portions were incredible and the staff were nice and friendly especially Kaz, who was helpful also the waitresses who were also friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this place if you haven't been.. The large platter was ample for 5/6 people. Definitely will be going back soon

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I’m typing in CAPITALS because I’m genuinely impressed. I never expected this level of quality- I simply went to have a chilled evening and it was great. Belly dancer was entertaining and interactive!

One of my great decisions to have food here.
I heard about this place a while back but only got the chance to visit it during the day but I will surely visit at night, which is recommended. Do make your reservations before you go.

Now, to the food. It was "Amazing"
The platter for a single person is well enough, I couldn't finish it.😁
The bread was complimentary with the dips and it was a wonderful start towards the main course.
The mix kebab platter was mouth watering. The meat was tender and the doner kabab and chicken was perfectly done.

I am sure, YOU will enjoy it.

The food is of good quality, the atmosphere is calm. The toilet is cleaned frequently and the conditions for disinfection are observed. The prices are decent.
The waitress we came across did not work professionally, forgot a salad, later when we did not need the services and constantly passed by the table, and when we wanted to order something it cost us effort to notice and serve us, I attribute it to the fact that training and I hope to become a professional quickly for the sake of their future clients.

I've been here probably 7 times, and each time has been perfect. The food is delicious and the ambience is nice too. Customer service is great, although one assistant that served me and my 2 cousins before wasn't nice at all.. was quite rude, in fact, and I was very close to saying something back but thought...what would that assistant know any better? PERHAPS, just go home if you dont like your job? Anyway, the food comes in big portions and is consistently delicious. They close late too, which is good and there's parking around the area.

Last night I visited with my friends. We had dinner and shesha. We enjoyed it a lot. The taste of the food was delicious. The staff is friendly. It is a good place to spend time with Friends and family and have fun and food.

Took my girl out for a lovely dinner here which she's never been before and she enjoyed it just as myself it's my 3rd time going and never been disappointed going back in 2wks for my bday lol 😆 hoping to catch the belly dancing along with some shisha we had such a lovely time atmosphere was lovely staff lovely just what we needed as a treat to ourselves.

Great food, well worth the price... especially as my client surprised me by picking up the bill 👏🏼❤

Fantastic place to come for a meal. This was my 1st time visiting.
The atmosphere was great with nice music in the background with was nice and busy as a restaurant should be.

The service was fantastic nice and friendly and welcoming. The food was served in perfect timing.

If your looking for a Turkish meal in the area this is the place to go they also have a outside area where you can have shisha and it's all a great experience

I have visited twice. Once on a busy friday night, the other on a quiet weekday.

Both experiences were excellent. It is fairly expensive but it is worth it. You are paying for a good quality service.

Food is excellent, very tasty and generous portion sizes. Presentation is also good.

Service is friendly and kind. Drink orders were a little slow on the busy Friday night, but it is forgivable. The restaurant was packed and they have a difficult job to do. Happy to wait a little longer than usual as the food was excellent.

Live entertainment too, Friday night had a belly dancer and there is also live music. This really adds to the experience. You aren't just paying for the meal but for a shared experience with your fellow diners.

There is also an outside area, as well as shisha facilities for you you shisha aficionados!

There are no other restaurants in the local area of a similar style. I can't think of any other Turkish restaurants in the area. There is an Italian just down the road.

All in all, an excellent restaurant and worth a visit. On both occasions I simply walked in without a reservation .

Food and atmosphere was amazing apart from the fact, that we were charged for tea which was supposed to be complimentary lol.

I’ve been there on Friday for ours starbucks staff party and it was awesome 🤩…the food and cocktails was really good….lovely atmosphere and all the staff are friendly… Highly recommended ❤❤
