B&Q Merton

It is a nice shop, really big for any kind of decoration or building needs, is a very big variety of paints and lights, the personal is nice and ready to help at anytime, big parking, not too busy, and in the same time is well served, had find all I needed at all the times, highly recommend this place

Beautiful decor, with a good selection of DIY products! The plant selection looks superb as well!

Good Service. Stock wise not that big but they hav quite good range of paint and laminate flooring.

I have never met such a lovely, help ful cashier. She was interested in my purchase that it was the correct paint. Wish all was like her.

Great availability of products for DIY, for any work you want to do in your home you will find the most suitable products and many alternative options. There is also an excellent selection of plants for both gardens and interiors. The prices are quite affordable and average for this type of shop.

What an amazing experience designing our kitchen. Artur had so much patience (4 hours we were sooo fussy) and the lovely manager Maruf was so kind with suggestions and support even went and brought us coffee gold service. We were a bit worried about the process but not now thank you the whole team you were the best. If you want feel special and listened to visit this store.

Benjamin on orders and collection was excellent. Knows his stuff and was able to sort our order. This is the second time he's provided a high level of service to us.

Shame the same can't be said for the team at B&Q Sutton who I discovered had cancelled an open order without confirming with us whether or not we would accept a partial delivery.

Usually I would be snarled at for turning up mins before close at most stores I have ever visited last min.

Small but has everything you would need and a good selection of plants also the compost is much cheaper than garden centre up the road

With so many B&Q stores closing, the Merton store proved to be a godsend for shower screen accessories, limescale removers, tools, etc. Neil is very helpful with enquiries.

Literally we did all our flooring from b&q Sutton because they didn’t have enough of the flooring we want
Laminate water resistant Flooring,underlay,bedding, the glue you put in the middle of the wood ,don’t remember the name but everything and it was perfect I’m happy with the results

Very Helpful Staff , Mihaela helped us a lot today with our project, such a wonderful person. Car park outside the store could be bigger but there's another one behind the store to use for the customers (just need to be marked properly).

Great little B&Q. Limited stock range as it is small. Selection of well priced seasonal plants, paint, DIY, tiles. New qood section. Nice staff.

Went in for paint. Wanted a bright colour. The guys that helped me choose were exceptional with their service. Ended up with a fabulous colour. Thank you to the 2 guys who helped sorry I didn't get their names.
