Elijah provided exceptional customer service during my recent experience. Not only was he friendly and kind, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I received all the information I needed. His assistance was invaluable, and I truly appreciated his helpfulness and informative approach. I highly recommend Elijah for his outstanding service.

I go regularly. Friendly staff. Good choice of films. Clean, decent amount of toilets. Easy to get to. Cycle parking outside. Benches to sit and meet outside.

Went to see a pre-release courtesy of Sky VIP.
Cinema was clean, staff were informative, and I had a nostalgia moment and purchased ( an expensive) hotdog. It tasted good though.

Cinema experience was great, seats comfy and snacks ordred ahead of time were ready immediately. I lost my phone and the staff were extremely helpful, using every effort to help retrieve my phone. They searched the screen, passage and used their personal phones to continually call and text my phone. They even checked the cctv and were very courteous and concerned. Staff member, Sherron was particularly helpful and led the search. My phone was eventually returned to me by the person who found it later that day. Thank you Sherron for going over and above.

This is my local cinema where I visit frequently with my partner and we are limitless members. I'd like to say that I have always had and continue to have excellent customer service from one of the staff called Shaz (manageress). She is always helpful and friendly and greets people with a big smile. She certainly is a big asset to the Odeon Cinema. We will certainly keep coming back.

A quirky cinema very comfortable and all you need to watch a film

Really helpful staff, quick service for popcorn etc and social distancing with the seating. The seats are actually really comfortable and there's a fair bit of legroom as well. Def worth an £8 ticket but cinema food/drink will always be £££. Only slight downside is there's no ice cream stall thing, it's only available from the freezer.

Excellent cinema chain Odeon with a quality venue located in the heart of Streatham. No need to go to central London to get a good cinema experience.

I injured my lower back at work and I was expecting a bit of pain whilst sitting for a 3 hour film-Babylon. The seats were fantastic...

this cinema was really good i remember going on a school trip to see boss baby 2 and it was a really good cinema experience the sound was good and to be honest just like vue the food is expensive so yeah you buy your own food from the tescos down the road or sainsburys

Lovely place but adults shouldn't be allowed to sit and have a loud conversation throughout a film just because its a kids film.....ruined it for everyone

Enjoyed it as usual. Staff are lovely and premises are clean (even the toilets!). Very expensive now but it's great to treat yourself and the family. Love the odeon.
