Booths, Lancaster

Always reminds me of shops of old. Staff friendly and welcoming, wide range of products. The sandwiches are worth every penny

My first time here. I stopped for a few food items. I like how spacious it is and how rich in its contents it is, with lots of varieties of everything I could think of. I only wished if I could find a freshly squeezed orange juice which I had on my shopping list and couldn't locate. However I ended up taking an alternative which is a smoothie with vitamins, for the benefit of it rather than the taste.

First visit last week, went to get a quick top up car charge and some food for my student daughter. The shopping was good and the service was excellent. Really helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. Polite and friendly. Will definitely visit again next time im in Lancaster.

Had everything we needed while visiting the area. Yes a bit on the pricier side but good quality produce. Store was well laid out and very calm. Staff all very friendly

I collected my Christmas order today and I must give praise to a good organised experience. We usually get our order from Poulton but the last 2 years have been a nightmare. Changed to Lancaster this year and they were much better. Well done to the staff and Merry Christmas.

Not as expensive as I thought, or should I say been led to believe, bought a nice single malt for £22, fantastic deli counter, lovely produce, just wish there was one near home

A lovely, friendly little supermarket with a great selection of products. Really nice bakery section and fresh fruit/veg. We loved being greeted by Margaret on the door and Zoe was so friendly on the till.

Popped in for shopping while on holiday made a special trip as always like Booths as a shop. We dont have these up with us in Dundee. Great staff and shop loved it.

The access for wheelchairs is great, the produce and products are of the highest quality (but a little dearer than other stores) yet the best thing about Booths is the staff. The people that work here are simply delightful every time I visit. It really transforms my shopping experience from a chair-bound painful annoyance to a bit of a treat. Thank you Booths staff. X

Helen on the tills is almost certainly the cheeriest person in Lancaster.
