Kwik Fit - Lancaster

after a blowout on the M6, came here for two replacement tyres and I could not have asked for a more calming, helpful and friendly team to fix my car and get me back on the road. the team were so quick and kept me in the loop the whole time. cheers guys

Had a completely flat tyre , although I couldn't get through by phone my friend pumped up the tyre and it got us there by 4pm , brilliant service and advice , I left my vehicle there and returned the following day at 3pm , all done ! Nice polite staff , my car was locked indoors overnight , it's a busy garage I was very impressed

A few weeks ago my engine warning light appeared just as I was seeing off for a long journey and two minutes before nearby kwikfit closed. I'm hugely grateful to Mandeef who stayed behind to run diagnostics for me and set me safely on my way. Above and beyond helpfulness for which I am very grateful

I came to Kwik Fit looking for a solution to a 'broken spring' that had failed my MOT. Turns out, the garage that did my MOT were wrong - it wasn't a broken spring, but a broken shock absorber. This was found and rectified by Mahesh, who was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. He took photos to add to records of the changes he had made, which was really helpful, and he explained to me how the garage that did my MOT might have made the mistake. I would recommend him and his services.

Excellent service. Served by Jordan , couldn't of been more helpful. Explained everything he did and even cleaned alloy and refitted wheel.

Had a fantastic visit to this Kwik fit service centre on 5th march. Mandeep and Dave were both really helpful. I would sooner travel to use this centre in Lancaster rather than my local Kwik fit centre in Barrow-in-Furness. The team here but me at ease unlike my local centre would benefit from a refresher course in customer service.

Always been great here. Especially today, was panicking as a light came on my car and they checked it for me within an hour. They are great guys, super friendly and they explained it all well. Can’t remember the name of the man today which I am gutted about as I would have liked to say thank you to him

I drove in on my way home from holiday in Cumbria as I had awful juddering coming from the front of the car, I spoke to a chap at reception who called a mechanic to look at my car, Maresh took my car and fixed the issue straight away, he showed me that my wheel ( put on by a different company when I had my tyres changed just before I left for holiday!) had not been tighten up and was ready to fall off!!… needless to say I will deal with that bit but Maresh was amazing and very considerate and corrected the mistake made very quickly and allowed me to finish my remaining 300 miles home! Thank you so much, You were a hero 👍

I cannot thank Lloyd enough and his team at this Kwik fit shop in Lancaster.
Talk about go the extra mile for clients, his kindness, knowledge and we can do attitude I’ll never go anywhere else.
What a problem solver, Kwik fit so lucky to have him!!

Had a cracking experience today for MOT and service.

Some confusion over the price at first but all sorted. One happy customer.

Wipers not working

I work at the hospital near to Kwik Fit Lancaster and realised my wipers weren’t working on a rainy and windy day and had to make a journey down the motorway..! I thought to pop in to Kwik fit and I was met by the loveliest man Lloyd who checked over the car instantly and sorted the problem with no charge! Such a gentleman, and I’ll never forget his kindness.. thank you Lloyd!

Went in with my check engine light on. Took a while as they were very busy but they checked it over and got rid of the light and didn't charge me. Went back in the following week and got my backbox replaced for a very good price and they even checked my tyres and got them to the right psi without me asking which I really appreciate.

I burst a tyre in the morning and turned up by chance, the men managed to fit a new tyre for me and I was back on the road on less than 2 hours. I was particularly worried about driving home on the M6 with my spacesaver spare, the lovely man was very understanding.

Jordan and Mandeep were really helpful in reassuring me about the terrible rattle coming from under the car. They removed the offending part with a smile. I'll be back to Kwik fit Lancaster. Thank you, Paul Gentle

I brought my wife’s mini in to have three tyres fixed. I had taken it to the Mini garage and three other garages, none were able to stop the slow air losses requiring attention every other day. I should have known better and taken it straight to KwikFit (Lancaster) immediately. Lloyd was simply great. He was professional from the outset, provided assurance he would give the tyres a thorough, in-depth check and that’s exactly what he did fixing all three tyres. He was friendly throughout and it didn’t cost the earth. Superb performance and service.

Very grateful to Mandeep, Charlie and Corey for being flexible and helping out when thanks to a horrific traffic jam on the M6 making me late for my appointment. Great to see this kind of attitude to help. Many thanks.

Amazing service from Ryan, Mandeep and Lloyd on Sunday. We were on our way to the airport when we got a flat tyre, we called in to kwik fit, Lancaster and they sorted us out very quickly, got us back on the road in no time. Can’t thank you enough for helping us in our moment of need. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Good mechanic who told me honestly about the MOT on my car.As a keen DIY mechanic I knew the car was in good order apart from some minor corrosion on rear springs.This was the only thing he mentioned and reported on MOT certificate. 1ST CLASS, would recommend 👍
