Very helpful thanks. Was happy to solve paint colour on Sunday 30th July while we waited. Getting the paint mixed up there & then was great for us. Pleased to see helpful attitude. Thanks again.

Very useful for home essentials.
Not as big as most other Homebase stores, but generally has everything we need.
Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Decent store, would rather travel here then traipse to centre of Cambridge. Click and collect was simple too. Happily return if needed.

I came here with my
Mother hoping to find a bedroom chair for her. The store had a surprising amount of furniture stock with plenty on display to try out.
One particular member of staff called Zara was so helpful and twice went up to the stockroom to hunt down what we were looking for.
She had been working in a different department but was more than happy to
assist us and was so friendly and really pleasant. We found exactly what we wanted and it was all in the sale too. So thank you especially Zara.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the team at Saffron Walden Homebase this afternoon. I arrived at 3.59 just as they were closing and wanted to return an item. The young man at the door said “No problem”. I then realised I hadn’t got my face mask so I resigned myself to a return trip the next day. Undeterred, his colleague offered to find me a mask, which he promptly did and I was able to complete the transaction. How about that for service!

Quite possibly the most magnificent Christmas displays this side of the German markets.

Worked here as a stock taker for a day. Homebase had the most friendly staff and they gave us all these snacks for free! They also let us use the vending machine for free as well. Really kind gesture. Not everyday you get treated like this for being a stock taker.

I love this small homebase. Living in London, sometimes customer service can be lapse, but this lovely little store had the nicest employee team and the entire store was immaculate, I mean literally spotless. The team here should be commended for there customer service and attention to detail. I don't usually write reviews on large chains such as homebase, McDonald's etc but this store was head and shoulders above the norm. Well done!!

This store was great with lots of products to choose from, and the staff were very helpful would recommend to all who visit.

Small but had everything I needed. Was operating a one-in-one-out policy when I arrived, despite it being desolate inside, but I understand this is maybe out of their control. Friendly, funny chap on the till.

Popped in for a paint brush, came out with 8 new cushions!!!! Super deal on at minute. Buy 1 get 1 free, including the discounted ones... had to be done. Thanks homebase...

Fairly broad range of Homeware, Tools, Decorating and Gardening products, with friendly and helpful staff. Very glad to have Homebase here in Saffron Walden without which we would would be left with just two bit supermarket provision.
