My 5 stars go to Jane! She was absolutely amazing assisting me with finding the perfect perfume!!! She was so kind and patient with me deciding which one to get and educated me on different types too! Thank you again

Very polite & helpful staff.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, and the staff were very friendly, locating the item range and helping me to choose the right product.

Rhe lady in the pharmacy I don't know her name, short hair, vis amazing never gets flustered always polite, considering what she had to deal with.

I live in Cambridge and needed some antibiotics which were a bit unusual and not generally stocked. I tried two pharmacies in and around the private hospital that my consultant works out of .. they were vague and unhelpful about ordering as there were shortages of these pills. They basically sent me away - no solution offered. I used the Boots pill-finder online and saw three Boots pharmacies had some stock. Of the two Boots in Cambridge that I tried one was just rude and said he “probably” couldn’t get any more and the other denied having any stock and said she couldn’t order these as it was a “different wholesaler”. I phoned Saffron Walden Boots and spoke to a very understanding and helpful pharmacist. He confirmed that he had a few pills in and said he would put them aside for me and order the rest in. He was the only person in my search for these pills that actually CARED about my condition and took the time to listen to me and that bothered to try and fulfil my full order. I don’t know who he was but he was wearing a Rudolph jumper on Christmas Eve when I called in. Yes the queue was long (lots of sick people I guess) but they were flat out dealing with everyone. I really appreciated him and his care when he could have easily given up and it’s a shame more pharmacists don’t take the same care and strive to provide the service that he did.

Excellent and friendly service from Phil Gonsalves. He helped me to get medicine for my mother. Would give him 6 stars for his service if i could. Very helpful and kind. I passed on my gratitude to his manager (also called Phil).

So helpfull to myself and my wife at a time when things are difficult. We have been struggling in the last couple of months as we were told to stay indoors but BOOTS have been brilliant in assisting us regarding prescriptions! Top class staff!!

Since COVID they are short staffed on pharmacy, but still smile and are polite.

Excellent staff, at the Saffron Walden branch - especially the pharmacy team, but prices at Boots are steep in general at all their stores.

Average size of shop and well stocked. Helpful staff and pharmacy. Great for the small town of Saffron Walden.
