B&M Store with Garden Centre

I really like this store, the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, the store itself is lovely and clean and it was the biggest I'd ever been in ! It was my first time there but it definitely won't be my last, I will happily travel the 18 mile journey to go there every time. Well done b&m you got this store bang on right xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gareth went the extra mile for us,we bought some bags of stones which he kindly took to our car, we wanted 2 more bags and he sent a text to say they were available.

This is one of the big stores! I'd say twice as big as Bishop's Stortford. Plus the added garden centre which is just like a homebase, just a lot cheaper!
Store was immaculate and tidy, shelves were packed.

It's on am industrial estate with Pets at home, Costa and Aldi.

I regularly visit this store. It is always well stocked, clean and tidy.

The best thing about this store is that it is open before I go to work and still open when I finish work. This means I can grab something quick for lunch on my way to work and pop in to browse before heading home for the evening.

There is always a good selection of items available. On this particular visit I was tasked with finding a £2 gift for secret Santa. I was surprised by how many items I could choose from across the aisles. Sweets, chocolates, games, kitchen items, stationary as well as Christmas decorations.

I have purchased many items from this store and never had any issues, after all it doesn't promise you top notch gear at low prices like some Bubble-dwellers think, or the ivory tower mobs that take everything that they can from the poor/working classes. Have you seen the prices in charity shops because of the above?
Anyway, my experiences to date in B&M have been great and recently I had to get 13 bags of shingle, a staff member saw me and promptly jumped in to help. Thank you. I'll be back!

Xmas stuff is brilliant

Exceptional service. I have been to this store quite a few times now, and I had to pick gravel -too heavy for me with my bad back:( . The staff were very friendly , got this all loaded onto the trolley and my car...nearly 240kg....not easy. Definitely going back, even in lockdown and difficult times ...B&M doing an amazing job. Keep it up and would highly recommend!

Lovely staff! I bought a Halloween light, came home and it was busted, so I went back and told them the sad story, instantly I got a replacement and a credit voucher. It was super easy! And super professional

Who doesn't love a good old tirp to B&M. It's always a little bit of a guessing game to see weather all the things we've bought will fit in the cupboards etc.

If you have a small dog or puppy, they are selling these beautiful wax coats for small dogs. My puppy just looks so cute in it. I believe it was £7!!! Such a bargain!

Lovely plants and very reasonable. Very good store. Not been for awhile on site for Pets at Home, Aldi and across the road the newly built Premier Inn
