Staff here are very knowledgeable and all seem to have a good and positive attitude. This branch holds a good stock, if they've run out of something, they'll happily ring other local branches and get the items transferred. Brilliant

Very handy trade counter for household and commercial needs. The brand is part of the B&Q group, but less expensive. The staff are really helpful, second to none, well done!

The item I wanted was not on stock however the gentleman who I spoke to checked to see if it was at another store and it was so I was able to go and get it there.
The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful. A very positive experience.

They are currently operating on a click and collect only system. The staff were friendly, efficient, and the covid measures that are in place are good. Prices are competitive, and they have a wide range of items.

I went here recently and the young man did his absolute utmost to help me and went the "extra mile" to sort me out; - good price too! Highly recommended.

Click and collect only at the minute but very slick operation. Had a text message to say it was ready for collection, went along and didn't have to queue which is refreshing

Excellent Service, I get a good amount of supplies from here and if I ever have to take anything back there are no quibbles 👌

Also they will take returns back from any of there branches, example bought in Lancaster, Returned in PRESTON

I've just been in a very irate state because of a competitor of yours, so i decided to use yourselves, i called in to your chorley branch and was extremely satisfied with your chaps on the counter area, i could be wrong i thought their names were pet ??? And Andy B whom i thought pete ?? Said andy was his boss, we had a good laugh about the whole situation they even did a price match and cheered me up no end, i just thought they deserved a quick mention, cheers ...

Always good prices, most items stocked or next day, efficient service at mo even with 1 out 1 in system.
