I phoned to book our cruise and I was lucky enough to speak to a really helpful lady called Jill. She found us a great deal and any questions I had before boarding she answered within hrs of sending an email. I will definitely book through cruise 118 again

Despite 'phoning late evening, Natalie (in Liverpool) took time and trouble to find me the best cruise cabin for my requirements. Cheerful and patient, a real asset to this company.

Always competitive prices and have booked my last few cruises. Staff are not pushy which is nice but do call back as agreed.

Jamie was excellent at solving my problem with accessing an online form which just wouldn't open. Others had tried but failed but he was the top man.

I have dealt with Kajta Porter over the last couple of days to sort out a cruise in the Caribbean next March. She has been a delight to be in contact with, friendly but not patronising, informative, helpful, just about everything you could ask for from a phone call booking. She is an absolute credit to your company!!

Gill Potter found us a brilliant deal that balanced the needs of our group, without breaking the bank. I highly recommend calling this agency, they were able to identify the perfect cruise in 15 minutes, whereas I'd spent at least 5 hours, all added up, to return a result nowhere near as good.

Gill was friendly, efficient and effective; cruise118 is lucky to have her. As a first cruise, I have no doubt I'll be calling Gill again next year to book another!

It’s so easy to give a 5 star review when you’ve received excellent service, and your plans have come to fruition without a hitch. More difficult to attain though when you’ve had to cancel your cruise because almost £800 has been added to your booking at the last minute. Not sure at the moment if it is the agency or cruise line at fault, or a mixture of the two, but I do recognise that throughout the several calls and emails, and the dissatisfaction at losing a cruise we were so looking forward to, one person stood out. Julia Pedder took up the cudgel for us (she was unlucky enough to answer my phone call on a Sunday!).
Throughout she has been empathetic, fighting our corner, and staying totally loyal to her employer. The outcome was not something any of us wanted, but Julia has been the epitome of what great customer service is all about. She certainly gets our ABCD award (Above, Beyond the Call of Duty). Thank you Julia.

I have just booked a cruise with Rachel Haliwell and received the outstanding 5 star service I always receive from Rachel. She is so knowledgeable, patient and informative every step of the way. Very helpful staff to give us which best deal for holiday

Had a few issues recently trying to make changes to a booking and did not get the best of service. However after calling multiple times I eventually spoke to Julia Peddar who was absolutely fantastic! From that call onwards everything was done professionally and efficiently including call backs and communication which ensured that I knew what was happening every step of the way. I was initially obviously very concerned (and somewhat frustrated) at the service I was receiving but thankfully Julia did everything she could to satisfactorily amend my booking.
Thank you Julia for always carrying out what you said you would and for the time that I am sure you must have spent both with Royal Caribbean and myself sorting all of this out.

Good website with great cruise deals. It's always recommended to compare a few websites before making your decision. Cruise 118 has some simple filters which will make your search more targeted.

So, this was a booking for our very first cruise and it was important before making a decision we got all the answers we need. So left a call back message and within 10 minutes later we got a call back. We got a great guy by the name of Phil Davies who went through everything with us that we needed to know. We got a better room that we are excited about as well as some other bits of information.
The searching for many weeks I found difficult and trying to compare offers and deals and it became a bit daunting towards the end. I wish I had come here months ago.
Phils 15 years knowledge of cruises certainly shows and I don't think we could have had anyone better to have dealt with our questions, queries and was so patient over 2 calls. I feel really comfortable with the booking we have made in September 2023 and really cant thank Phil enough for his patience, knowledge and great advice. great asset to Cruise118. We look forwarded to our first cruise.

I never really review BUT I think the service I received from Rachel Halliwell is the best I have received from a travel company. She was patient, informative, helpful, competitive and reachable.. I don't think I have ever booked a cruise / holiday as confidently or swiftly as this. Definitely will use Rachel next time.

Great booking experience with Katja, very helpful and found us a great deal

I have cruised through Cruise118 for the last 5 years. The past couple of those years I have booked through Rachel Halliwell, who is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. I have cruised for some 25+ years now and can genuinely say that booking through Cruise118 and IN PARTICULAR Rachel, is the only way I will now book a cruise. The service Rachel provides is second to none. She is attentive, efficient, proactive, responsive and a lovely person to boot! I set Katja at cruise 118 the task of sorting out a holiday package that included a night on the Orient Express and a Fjords cruise - a long term wish of my wife and one I wanted to provide as a 25th Wedding anniversary surprise.

Katja excelled herself to meet my required dates, with various flight connections. hotel stays, trains and a big ship thrown into the mix. She worked some late hours and called it her mission to get it sorted, especially after one 1st date slot got filled up before we could book it.
