I don't normally leave reviews for hardware stores, but the new, young blonde assistant was so friendly and helpful, I felt I had to. Despite the items we required being reported as out of stock in their system, she very efficiently suggested alternatives and advised that we physically check their timber stock piles, where to our delight we found almost exactly what we needed. She offered to make sure the store manager review our list on Monday such that we could have everything delivered on the following Thursday.

So nice to experience truly excellent face to face customer service and have someone go the extra mile to help. Very impressed. Wish I had taken her name, but she had only been there 2 weeks and I hope Management will see this review and reward her fantastic efforts.
