An absolute gem of a shop. Beautifully laid out. A pleasure to browse in. Great choice of clothing. And the Jelly cat range is fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bought a jumper could have spent a small fortune. The clothes are displayed beautifully. Will most definitely be visiting again.

Popped into the shop today for a last minute outfit. Fantastic service. The staff at Robinson are all very welcoming, polite and genuinely care about your needs. Highly recommend!

I love Robinsons. Great local business. Rebecca was so helpful. I came in wanting a top or jumper to go with my trousers for the festive season. She knows her products so well and was kind and efficient. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are a nervous shopper!

Stopped to pick up an Easter gift after seeing the great selection of Jellycat soft toys in the window. Service was exceptional - went out of her way to show me the latest delivery!

What a wonderful find in the heart of Alnwick. The staff were lovely, very polite and attentive without being too much. You can browse at your leisure without any pressure. The clothing range was great with so much to choose from. A perfect tonic away from the high street mass produced, repetitive lines. Robinson's are a superb example of a great independent shop. I wish I lived nearer.

I popped in to see if I could find something for a wedding. Being a waterproof and welly type, I hate shopping! But, as soon as I got upstairs Becky was there to help, she made it so easy, and was so honest about what was good.. And what was not! 😂 Time was not an issue and I didn't feel rushed or awkward. I came downstairs and as I was about to go out I spotted shoes, again help was on hand running up and down stairs for me! I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!

Have been in Robinsons a few times, you get a proper shopping experience there with briiliant service from all the girls.

Have visited Robinson's today and just had to review what an amazing shop this is with everything I need for when I start travelling again. As always the girls were lovely and so helpful. So pleased they have been able to expand in Alnwick as its such an asset to the town. No need to go any further either shop on line or visit where I always receive a warm welcome.

I shop here regularly and cannot recommend it highly enough. The new premises are stunning, I never come away empty handed. Been today and came home with another gorgeous outfit. The staff are the friendliest most helpful ladies I've ever met who go out of their way to make your visit the best shopping experience ever. Deginately a place to visit if you're in Alnwick x

Lovely shop selling beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I ended up buying two tops. Highly recommended independent shop.

I don't normally enjoy shopping but the range and quality of the products combined with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular Bridget and Erica, made this an experience I would like to repeat. Well done ladies.

Went on Saturday the girls were lovely, friendly, very approachable and great choice very reasonable priced will definitely going back from girls from Gateshead.

Nice gifts shop with a quiet little terrace coffee bar in the back, serving drinks, tray bakes and freshly made to order sandwiches.

A great find in Alnwick love the shop visit every time a great variety of things if not for myself for my grandchildren or buying a gift for a friend.The staff are lovely.Will be back soon .
